“I believe a large part of my success is staying plugged in! If you qualify, attend the meetings, events, and conventions. Always stay close to the fire. There’s something about being around like-minded people; the energy and confidence can’t be matched.

“Tips for success…stay coachable. Stay consistent. Stay plugged in. Ask questions.”

He tells us, “I enjoy traveling, barbecuing, entertaining, and helping others. I have traveled internationally to the Bahamas, Jamaica, Punta Cana, and St. Maarten. I look forward to expanding my travel experiences.

“I am achieving success at PlanNet Marketing by being a sponge. I am absorbing all the knowledge available to me. I am coachable and eager to learn.

“Fun fact: I am a huge Dallas Cowboys fan.”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER STEPHANIE BRADLEY!

PlanNet Marketing welcomes Stephanie Bradley to the 20/20 Club! Stephanie says, “I am originally from a small town named Fountain, North Carolina in Pitt County. I am a disabled retired combat veteran, cancer survivor, and heart patient. I am currently living in Richmond, Kentucky and in LaGrange, North Carolina part time!  My interests are spending time with those that I love, travelling and meeting new people, and exploring new cultures and their foods. I love finding hidden gems to travel to!

I contribute my growth in PlanNet Marketing to these four main points:

1. Be consistent and coachable. Throughout the process, it's essential to developing personally and as an entrepreneur in network marketing!

2. Trust the process and know that planted seeds on good ground always eventually produce a harvest.

3. NEVER GIVE UP, go through it all. If you fall, it's okay; many have fallen before you. Just GET UP,  dust yourself off and keep pushing. Remember, it's not how fast you run the race, but it's how you stand and endure till the end!

4. TEAMWORK. Remember, even on your personal journey to achieve your goals, you are helping your team and they are helping you. One team, one dream, one vision...and WE ALL WIN!

Some fun facts about me are that I love making people laugh, and I love cooking and trying my take on recipes I've had after traveling to different locations.

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER YALONDA COLEMAN!

PlanNet Marketing welcomes Yalonda Coleman to the 20/20 Club! Yolanda was born and raised in Memphis,TN, and currently resides in Las Vegas, NV. She tells us, “I love spending time with my family in person and virtually. I love reading, kickboxing, cooking, listening to music and jewelry.

My parents started us traveling at a young age. We would have summer vacations every year.  I would look forward to putting a pin in the map of the latest travel adventure. I currently reside in Las Vegas, which is a large tourist travel spot. I have been doing staycation/bae-cations to showcase the attraction spots that many may be aware of, and the gems of the city that people may not know are here.

A tip that I would pass along is to STAY PLUGGED IN!!!! Staying connected to the leadership and culture is essential. The leadership says to never miss an event that you are qualified to attend, and I took that to heart. I absorb and take in as much information as I can from the leadership. I am a huge believer in the POWER OF MANIFESTATION. I write my goals out, pray over them, and have faith, trust and believe that they will come to pass. I have a daily game plan call with my sponsor/mentor/ Director Adella Logan.

“‘Don’t let the pains of life stop you from achieving your goals. Let your pain fuel your drive.’ ‘You may get knocked down, but you are not out of the fight. Pray while you are down on your knees.”

“A fun fact about me is thatI have ‘appeared’ on several episodes of the First 48 and Police Women during my time as a 911 dispatcher. (My voice is heard speaking with the officers.) I love glow in the dark mini golf, and I sell jewelry at vendor events for fun.”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER KEVINEKIA LYONS!

PlanNet Marketing welcomes Kevinekia Lyons to the 20/20 Club! Kevinekia says, “I am from Kenner, LA; however after hurricane Katrina, I was relocated to Dallas, TX. After spending 15 years in Dallas, I decided to move back home after my grandmother took ill in 2020. I am totally interested in my personal development; aside from that, I enjoy cooking, singing, wine tasting, discovering gems within the city, and networking. I absolutely love meeting new people from all over the world. So far, I have traveled to three countries and have taken several domestic trips and a few staycations.

“I would say my success comes from me being coachable, paired with my desire to help others. There was a short period of time within my business that I can honestly say that I wasn't being consistent, and it showed. If people have to ask you if you are still in business, just know you are not as consistent as you think you are.

“People need to know that I am a real person and this opportunity is real. Here are some tips that I have used and will continue to use:

1.) Remain coachable
2.) Don't be a secret agent
3.) Learn your business
4.) Readers are most definitely leaders
5.) Stay plugged in.

“Fun fact: I absolutely love building sandcastles. LOL”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER ERIKA PETERSON!

PlanNet Marketing welcomes Erika Peterson to the 20/20 Club! Erika was born and raised in Petersburg, VA and currently resides in Chester, VA. She tells us, “My interests include reading, traveling, spending time with my grandchildren, and doing community outreach. I’ve just started traveling over the past three years. I credit that to five of my close girlfriends who talked me into getting a passport and making it happen. I’m so glad that I did; now, I truly enjoy all the experiences travel has to offer.

“My success in PlanNet Marketing is attributed to being consistent, committed, and coachable. I’ve always been flexible and open to change. I’m a firm believer that if you change your mindset, anything is possible. Working hard for what you believe in makes all the difference in the world. I would be remiss if I did not say that my faith in God has helped me achieve something I never thought I could. If I had to share something with my fellow PlanNet Marketing partners, it would be to believe in you, take a chance on you, keep the faith, be committed, be consistent, be open minded, and trust the process.

“Last, but certainly not least, my WHY makes me who I am!!! That why is my six grandchildren. They are the reason I’m so focused on leaving a legacy.

“A little known fun fact about me: I love to dance and rap. Just a little something I do when I’m with family and friends.

“It’s truly an honor and privilege to be part of the 20/20 Club! Thank you, PlanNet Marketing, for affording me the opportunity to achieve this honor! It’s all the way up from here.

“These people are the reason I want more out of life!!!”

COMPLIANCE CORNER

…And The Two Shall Become One

PlanNet Marketing has rules about how Spouses can do business – basically our rules say that spouses should only have one Rep account between the two of them. Seems simple enough, right? But we get a lot of questions about this one.

First, let’s remember that PlanNet Marketing treats Spouses as ONE Rep – that means every rule or policy governing Reps applies to both Spouses as One. If your wife does something that violates policy, the consequences apply to you too. If your husband wants to change sponsors, you both must follow sponsorship rules.

Let’s look at the actual policy about Spouses, it says “Spouses (defined as spouses, domestic partners, common-law couples) may not enter into or have an interest in more than one PlanNet Marketing business. In order to maintain the integrity of the PlanNet Marketing Compensation Plan, Spouses who wish to have an IR account must be jointly sponsored as one PlanNet Marketing business. Spouses, regardless of whether one or both are signatories to the IR Application and Agreement, may not own or operate any other PlanNet business, either individually or jointly, nor may they participate directly or indirectly (as a shareholder, partner, trustee, trust beneficiary, or legal or equitable owner) in the ownership or management of another PlanNet business in any form.”

1)  What are Spouses? If you’re married, you are obviously Spouses. But PlanNet Marketing also considers common-law couples and domestic partners as spouses. A domestic partner refers to someone other than a husband or wife with whom you are in a committed, serious and usually permanent relationship. Please consider your future – if you’re engaged, you might be eligible to hold two separate Rep accounts, but if you plan to be married soon and want to work your business together and be recognized for your achievements together, you may want to start with a shared Rep account.

2)  What if we use different addresses? Or if we don’t have the same name? The address where you live, or even your last name doesn’t make you a Spouse or not a Spouse – it is solely based on your relationship with your significant other.

spouses.jpg

3)  What if my Spouse just canceled their Rep account and I want to enroll with a different Sponsor? As PlanNet Marketing sees the two Spouses as one Rep – they are bound to follow Sponsorship rules as one. This means that if one spouse cancels, the other must wait four months before enrolling with a new Sponsor. It doesn’t matter if only one person was previously working that first Rep account – you are Spouses and in PlanNet Policy, you’re One Rep. PlanNet Marketing must enforce this rule to keep our business running with integrity and transparency.

4)  Can we each have our own ITA account? YES! InteleTravel requires Agents to each have their own account. This means that while PlanNet Marketing requires a shared Rep account, each person may choose to purchase their own ITA to sell travel.

PlanNet Marketing understands that there can be circumstances that need to be looked at individually. If you or your Spouse have any further questions about this or any of our policies, please feel free to email us at Compliance@plannetmarketing.com.

“I am achieving success at PlanNet Marketing by following my leadership, building relationships with my team, and always using the PS3; everything is in front of you. Stay close to your coach. Reach out if you need help, and always follow up. Don't fall in love with the no's; you can't just buy the dream, you have to buy the journey.

“A fun fact about me is that I’m wild about sunrises and long walks in nature. I love listening to blues music. My friends call me an old lady...lol. I always loved blues and took piano lessons from 2nd -11th grade.”

“I am achieving success by being very coachable, consistent, and I’m big on writing down all of my goals that I want to achieve! Writing down your goals and setting dates are very important! Also, having income-producing activities on your calendar daily is a must. I had to make many sacrifices in order to get to where I am today, along with helping my team reach their goals!

“As words of encouragement, I would like to say no matter what it looks like, you must keep going and NEVER give up! Remember your why! All of your hard work and dedication will pay off in the end. Continue striving for greatness!”

MEET NEW ONE-STAR DIRECTOR LAKEDRA GORMAN!

PlanNet Marketing congratulates Lakedra Gorman for achieving One-Star Director! Lakedra is from West Monroe, LA and currently resides in Houston, TX. She says, “My interests are helping others live an extraordinary lifestyle, traveling the world with my family, friends and kids, and giving back to my community. I have been on several cruises and have traveled to Jamaica, Cancun, Belize, Honduras, Cayman Islands, Arizona, and California, just to name a few places.

“I’m achieving success by trusting the process, staying consistent and staying plugged in. I set a goal and stick to it, and I remain coachable and teachable. My tips would be to follow up, the fortune is in the follow-up. Go through the no’s like a champ and remember that a no doesn’t necessarily mean no. Stay focused and utilize the proven success system that’s in place. #PS3 Believe in yourself and remember the sky is not the limit.

I’m a boss mom of three children. I love to see other people win for their families. No matter what life throws at me, I continue to pick myself up and conquer.”

MEET NEW ONE-STAR DIRECTOR AMBER WASHINGTON!

PlanNet Marketing congratulates Amber Washington for achieving One-Star Director! Amber tells us, “I was born and raised on the west side of Chicago. I currently reside in the western suburbs of Chicago with my husband and our two amazingly active boys, Ronald, Jr. and Rhys. I really enjoy meeting new people, traveling, outdoor activities, shopping, trying new restaurants, cooking with my boys and baking apple pies with my husband.

“I've been traveling since I was a little girl. While back at my childhood home on the west side of Chicago, I came across pictures of my mom, sister and myself when we traveled to San Diego and Paris. They brought back so many memories and reminded me that travel has been a part of my life as far back as I can remember. From Disney cruises as a little girl to studying abroad in Madrid, Spain during college...travel is in my blood.

“The most beneficial tip that I can offer is to be CONSISTENT! If you haven't been consistent in this business, I dare you to start today. In order to be successful in this business, your consistency and relevance is what will drive your success.

“I am passionate about helping others. I've learned that this business really does work and when I talk to others about this business, they feel it. When you find your passion and it shows in all that you do, people are eager and excited to learn more about what you do and will partner with you. I also recommend having an accountability coach/partner. Since this is "your" business, you work when you want, do what you want (of course within the parameters of compliance) but because you ‘can’ do what you want, sometimes you can slack on doing what it takes to run a successful business. Get with someone/connect with someone who doesn't care about your feelings and will help push you to your ‘next.’ Now...that doesn't mean that you don't have to do any work...they are there to hold you accountable to what you've set out to do. Write down your goals, make them visible, and once you attain them, cross them off. Seeing is believing. See where you want to be. It's all a mindset shift.

“A fun fact about me is that while I cannot swim, I'm quick to do water activities such as jet skiing, snorkeling and cruising! LOL!”

THE LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT SHINES ON: KEYONA GREGORY

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and raised in Kansas City, MO. I am married to the love of my life and have four beautiful children ranging from 6 to 14 years old. I have a career in the IT healthcare industry. This business is my first business venture.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I have grown in my leadership skills from reading more leadership books, presenting in front of others (I was terrified to talk in front of a room) and helping develop other leaders within my organization.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My family and early retirement! I want to build an empire and leave a legacy for my family through the PlanNet Marketing Pledge. I want to leave them a will instead of a bill. I want to reach my Director goals to accumulate the monthly income I need to be able to retire at the age of 35! Retirement isn't an age, it's an income.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My role model within the business is Director Trish Smith. I have actually known her my whole life and I'm so grateful she presented this business to me. We have a lot in common, like being in church, being married, having children and having a career! She still finds time to pour into our team to help us all succeed in this business. She has truly mastered the work/life balance, and that is one of the traits I admire the most!

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Leader, Hard Worker and Fun!

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Don't let people who have never been where you're going in life stop you from getting where you desire to be! Focus, stay consistent and NEVER give up!

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
In five years, I will retire from my day job and work my business full time. My oldest two children will be old enough to join me in business and it will be a family affair. I will be traveling around the world enjoying the fruits of my labor. I will be debt FREE and purchase a vacation home and dream car with CASH! I will continue to help others find their freedom using this business as their vehicle!

CONGRATULATIONS TO KERRY PATTERSON FOR ACHIEVING 60/60 CLUB!

PlanNet Marketing welcomes Kerry Patterson to the 60/60 Club! Kerry was born in the southern State of North Carolina, in the city of Eden. His honorable military career brought him to the State of California in 1975, to the beautiful city of San Diego, where he has resided ever since. Beginning his military career as a Private in the Marine Corp, he retired from his twenty-two years of service as a Marine Captain. His military career extended him the opportunity to travel extensively throughout Asia and the Mainland, with his favorite state being Hawaii. He had the distinct pleasure of being in the sand, but “not” on the exquisite sandy beaches.

Kerry attributes his success in PlanNet Marketing to his work ethic, his commitment to his team and his ability to help others, with a high degree of integrity and good old-fashioned hard work. Another contributing factor is the daily replay of the EST morning call for the edification and learning of his team members. He believes this helps keep the team plugged in to what they are doing collectively, and to what the company is doing as a whole.

The tips he relies heavily upon to convey to his team and to those who are coachable are duplication, PS3, company conference calls, one-on-ones, webinars, Zoom presentations, and attending the various regional and national events. He contributes achieving success so quickly to working diligently with his team, making himself available to them for their three-way calls and private business receptions, and working with a spirit of excellence, yet with compassion and caring. He has the ability to encourage his team members and make them believe in themselves, always showing them their strengths and how to strengthen their weaknesses for the long haul and journey to success.

Kerry believes that discipline and continued hard work precedes every good thing. When you persevere, it will always produce fruit that you can be proud of and want to share with like-minded people wanting the same as you. He often states that if you want to be successful in this business, instead of studying the roots, we should all be picking the fruits and doing income-producing activities. And if you commit to making the calls and attending the meetings and Zoom meetings, no matter who does or does not show up, it will eventually pay off! “No” is not an obstacle in Kerry’s view, but an opportunity to pique someone else’s interest and hear them say, “Yes.” The words he believes in, that drive him and give him strength each and every day to conquer any and everything that he endures are, “With God, all things are possible!”

Quotes by Kerry:
“You must build a team to live your dream.”
“The only reason you miss a meeting is a funeral.” “Whose funeral?” “Mine!”
“Redirecting advertising dollars from Wall Street to y’all’s street!”
