Patty tells us, “I have a passion for the great outdoors, more specifically camping, fishing, and flea markets (all the fun stuff). I have traveled to Canada (which was my first plane ride), Hawaii, Jamaica, Cayman Islands, Cozumel, and numerous destinations across the U.S.

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Jazmine Smith to the 20/20 Club! Jazmine Chauntal Smith was born in California and raised in Georgia, living in Fayetteville, Georgia for the last five years. Jazmine shares, “I am the wife to my loving and supportive husband, Jerry, and mother to a beautiful baby girl, Jada Rose. I love cooking, reading, coloring, and spending time with my family. Growing up, my definition of travel was going to my grandparents’ house in Chicago every summer, but I’m excited to say that this business has allowed me to show my daughter places I was never able to experience at her age. We love cruising – I have cruised to many parts of the Caribbean, more specifically the Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Turks and Caicos, Cayman Islands, Aruba, Curacao, and Mexico. We are planning a family trip to Greece next year!

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born in Toledo, Ohio. I have been happily married for 21 years. I'm a stepmom of one and a grandmother of two. My hobbies are working out, collecting Hard Rock pins, collecting shot glasses from all of my travels, and collecting anything with cats on it. My passion is to travel and I'm enjoying this opportunity to travel more.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I have developed the skills it takes to be a successful leader from plugging into trainings (never missing a Convention) and reading. Plus being coachable.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
Being able to help others achieve their dreams and change their lives.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My Dad. He worked a full time job, had a landscaping company, and worked in his concession stand on the weekends. I get my work ethic from my Dad. I'm always working, but when you love what you do, it does not feel like work.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Competitive, Self-motivated, Passionate.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Keep focused on your goals (write them down and be sure to look at them daily), set a date to achieve your goals, and go for your dreams. Anything is possible if you believe!

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
I will be a seven-figure earner living in a warmer climate enjoying the sunshine and beach. Totally debt free! My Dad will be financially set to live a comfortable life. My husband and I will be making more visits to California to see family. This business will give us the vehicle to change more lives and make dreams come true.

An amazing PlanNet Marketing Eagle Weekend was held June 28-30, 2019 on the Sunborn Yacht Hotel in beautiful Gibraltar, Spain. The Morning Training and Meeting with a Mentor offered priceless training and expertise to Gold Builders and above. The Presidential Ring presentations and the Yacht Party Saturday, where everyone enjoyed a live band, DJ, dinner and dancing, were highlights of the fabulous weekend. What can I say? Over the past two years I have been on one of the most amazing journeys I can imagine. Today I shared with Matt Gatland one of the most powerful training events ever. I was then recognized and presented with my Sapphire Ring, which is such a massive achievement; this signifies earnings I thought were only possible by winning the lottery.

Today has been so emotional but also so amazing. We are fully surrounded by the most incredible people. Thank you to all of you for being a part of this journey with me!

MEET NEW 20/20 CLUB MEMBER SASKIA WALKER HODGSON!

Saskia tells us, “I am absolutely thrilled to have reached my 20/20 promotion and would love to share a little bit about me…I am a mum of four, married to my amazing wife and I live in Gorleston, Norfolk, UK and have been with the business for just eight months. My background is midwifery, which was a great part of my life, but sadly I have now been diagnosed with fibromyalgia.  Midwifery hasn’t been able to accommodate, and I needed something that would work with my ill health. This is when I found PlanNet Marketing. I have never had any network marketing experience before and have loved every second of my journey doing this!

“I have travelled far and wide, with the Maldives being a firm favourite. Other places I’ve been to include Mexico, Dominican Republic, Orlando, Europe breaks, Iceland, and more!

“My top tips would be to always remain consistent, plug into as much training and experiences as you can, and talk with the person who is coaching you every day. I speak with my coach, Sarah Boulter, daily and I make plans and make changes that may be needed and this is a big part of my routine. Without doing this, your business won’t be able to get the best from you that you can be! 

“Fun facts: I have four pugs who are a bit crazy but are a part of my journey every day and always love joining in my one-to-one sessions. We also love to colour and make pretty things. I am also someone who loves my coffee!”

Tanya shares with us, “Hello to my PlanNet Marketing family!  I am the mother of three young men, originally from Baltimore, MD, but currently residing in the Vinings/Smyrna area in Atlanta, GA. I love to bike ride and listen to many genres of music, with gospel being my favorite. In fact, I hosted a gospel aerobic television show on Comcast Cable in Baltimore, as well as being a gospel radio announcer for the #1 gospel station in America in the 90’s – Heaven 600. I enjoy attending concerts, plays, football, basketball, soccer, and baseball sporting events. I am a foodie who admires a lovely presentation of a meal, then I take a photo before I devour it!  

“At the age of 15, while in 10th grade, my mother removed me from school for two weeks and I toured Europe with her and my aunt. At the time, I was unaware of her breast cancer diagnosis being a motivation for the abrupt decision, but I remain forever grateful for the experience, and miss her dearly!  Along the way, I’ve traveled to six of our seven continents, but I have NOT seen it all! I love our InteleTravel product, and I will utilize it even more now that my twins have graduated from high school this May, 2019.

“I have reached this 20/20 milestone by remaining coachable from my sponsor, Nina Vital, attending weekly meetings and big events in Atlanta, and staying plugged into our corporate calls. For me, it’s just that simple, yet it’s not easy! The IMV calls will keep you encouraged and support you with outside reading in our industry. However, I must admit, we are spoiled in Atlanta by having our Founder and CEO, Mr. Donald Bradley, train us every week! The culture is contagious! When I first became a Rep, I also met the #1 - 4 top income earners at a weekly meeting, where they too, trained and offered encouragement. But we all have the same tools in our product, and our leaders are flying here and there, crossing the world to fuel us all to our next level. 

“My final thoughts are: have an open mind, with childlike faith. Trust and follow the outstanding leadership. 1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
​I was born and raised in Winnsboro, SC but currently reside in Great Falls, SC. I'm married with two kids – Arianna and CJ. My past business experience is in real estate. My hobbies include spending time with my family, reading, shopping, and watching football with my family.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I have grown so much since PlanNet Marketing I don't even recognize myself, which is a great thing. The biggest change for me is personal development. I never knew that I was in charge of my own success until two years ago. I was always taught to go to school and get a job, but since joining PlanNet Marketing, I know that's not the way. I thank God every day for this amazing opportunity.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My kids drive and motivate me. I don't want them to ever have to worry about anything. They will not have to struggle or live paycheck to paycheck.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My parents are my role models. Even though my Dad has passed away, he taught me so much and I am so thankful for him. My mom is the best...I watched her work so hard for her kids; she never gave an excuse, she sacrificed so much for her family, and she just inspired me to be a better person.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Determined, Loyal, Hungry

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Don’t quit and stay consistent.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now I will be living on my very private island, debt free and traveling the world.

What is Compliance? I don’t even know what that means really. And why should I care?

Compliance is the act or process of doing what you have been asked or ordered to do. In other words, you’re either following the rules or you’re taking the necessary steps to start following them (if you made a mistake in the past). You should definitely care about compliance. Without it, our business would be chaos – a big mess! Plus, complying with the PlanNet rules keeps your business on the right track to success. Here are a few tips to help you be Compliant.

Know the Rules. Every week I write about our PlanNet Policies and Procedures – but WHY? I do it so you’ll know the rules. Each and every one of you have agreed to these rules. When you enrolled as a PlanNet Rep, you checked a little box stating that you have read and agree to the rules – but did you really read them? I mean did you ACTUALLY open up the rules and read them all? HMMMM???? I didn’t think so. Some of you might have opened the document, started to read it, saw it was a little bit longer than anticipated, closed it and you’ve never looked back. I know how it is – life is busy – and reading the rules just doesn’t seem that important. I mean, you aren’t going to break them anyway. You aren’t doing anything wrong or illegal…that you know of.

Read my Articles. Each week you have the opportunity to read one rule from that large document – and I explain it for you. That seems like an easy way to know your rules and you don’t have to put in a single ounce of effort. Score!

Respond Appropriately. If you do break a rule, or if there’s a complaint thrown your way, I’ll probably send you an email. Please read the email and respond. I promise not to get mad at you, threaten you, or make you feel bad. I’m just gonna tell you what’s happened and what we need to do to fix it. Don’t ignore my emails or calls though – PLEASE. If you ignore me, I won’t go away, I’ll just keep coming back. Eventually, ignoring me could get you, and your business, into a lot of trouble.
