THE LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT SHINES ON: TROYLYNN HARVEY

harvey.jpg

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born in New Orleans, LA and raised in Tylertown, MS. I currently live in Gautier, MS with my husband and three teenage daughters. This is not my first time in networking marketing, I used to be a director with Home Interiors.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Since joining PlanNet, I have gotten a boldness about myself; I don’t let a NO determine my destination. I have never been a shy person, but sometimes you just need that extra push from a friend, business partner or even a complete stranger. Sometimes the business may not be for them but when they say…”Hey Troylynn”...I know they are the perfect person to join your team. I can walk in a room and know that I’m doing something that my daughters and husband can benefit from in the long run.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My family and my team are my driving forces. My girls continue to let me know that they are proud of me, they love me, and to never give up on my dreams. My husband and I decided that it was best for me to stay home to take care of them. But I’m not the average housewife. I’m an extreme couponer, I avidly run a YouTube channel, I’m a personal shopper, I teach couponing classes, and I am the PTO president at my daughters’ high school.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My role model is definitely my mother; she was the type of person I always wanted to be. I admired her drive, boldness, and her spirit. She was also a housewife; my parents were married 42 years before her passing.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Ambitious, Sociable, and Confident

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Don’t let a NO define you. Stay focused and keep your eyes on the prize.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from today I see myself as a Five-Star Director with SEVERAL DIRECTORS, Gold, Silver, and Bronze Builders on the Team!

PlanNet Marketing welcomes Kimberlee Felder to the 20/20 Club!  Kimberlee tells us, “I am originally from Summerville, SC. I enjoy traveling, helping others and spending time with my loved ones. I have three small children with special needs and PlanNet Marketing has allowed me the opportunity to work from home to assist them in every way. I have excellent mentorship in this company which has pushed me beyond my goals. I have learned that being coachable, staying resilient, becoming a leader, and duplicating what I have learned has forced me to excel very quickly. Mrs. Natalie Graham has been my friend since 2001 and I'm blessed to have the opportunity to be mentored by her. She has an incredibly HUGE heart. Because of her, I am able to live a very comfortable lifestyle. I would also like to thank Mr. Bernard Hampton and his loving wife for taking so much time to pour into my success! They have coached me every step of the way! God is the head of my life, so with prayer and consistency, anyone can achieve their goals. Never give up. After being shot in my face in 2016, I have adopted an acronym for my name, K.I.M (Keep It Moving). Fourteen surgeries later, I continue to keep it moving with a loving heart and a genuine willingness to help others.

“A fun fact about me is that I absolutely LOVE blue crabs! I enjoy traveling to different locations all over the world to taste the local selections. I have traveled to Puerto Rico, the Bahamas, St. Thomas, St. Maarten, Mexico, Canada, several places within the U.S., and I just returned from Turks and Caicos. I will continue to trust God, travel, train my team to success and K.I.M!

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER CHRISTINA MCCALPINE!

PlanNet Marketing welcomes Christina McCalpine to the 20/20 Club!  Christina tells us, “I currently reside in Tuscaloosa, AL with my family. I’m a mother of two sons, Jaylin (11 years old) and Caleb (11 months).  I received my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from Stillman College. While pursuing my undergraduate degree, I became a proud member of the Epsilon Eta Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority,  Captain of the Flag Corps, a member of the Student Government Association, and a tenor drum player. Upon graduating from Stillman College, I married the love of my life, Stacy McCalpine in 2009.

My interests include watching my son, Jaylin, play baseball, playing softball, board games, and spending quality time with my family.  I also enjoy educating myself while implementing my newfound knowledge in my everyday life.

This past February, I received my first passport stamp heading to the PlanNet Escape in Cancun, Mexico.  Although Cancun was my first stamp, it for sure will not be my last passport stamp. I have visited several places stateside, such as New York, Missouri, California, Illinois, and Texas, just to name a few.

I am achieving success in PlanNet Marketing by staying plugged in, following the system, and implementing the knowledge I gained. As we are told in different educational outlets within PlanNet Marketing, I try to attend all the events that I am qualified to attend. I would suggest everyone get plugged in and stay plugged in!

WRITE IT DOWN!

After last week’s “I WILL 2020” blog post, I am genuinely inspired. PlanNet Marketing’s Reps are setting some serious goals and gearing up to do the work necessary to reach those goals! What are your goals and resolutions for the coming year? Have you thought about it?  Whatever your goals – you should write them down, come up with a game plan to execute those goals, and then keep that plan in front of you throughout the year.

Getting in shape sounds great, but if you don’t schedule time to hit the gym or go for a run, it might not happen. Spending more time with your family is definitely important, but if you don’t call your fam up and commit to something, you’ll probably forget. Traveling is FUN, but if you don’t book that cruise, you’ll never take it. The point is, to accomplish these goals – you need MORE than just intention, you need some planning and lots of ACTION!

What are your goals for your PlanNet business in 2020? Earn more? Grow your team? Join the 20/20 Club? Hit Director? These goals won’t just HAPPEN. You need a plan. What will you do first? Start attending more meetings? Talk to more people about PlanNet Marketing? Follow up with every person whose interest you pique? Have more three-way calls? Work with the people you already have and help them grow? Think of some practical steps to get you to your goal, and then WRITE THEM DOWN.

Research shows that writing down your goals and dreams has a HUGE impact on your odds of bringing them to reality. Studies have been done, this isn’t just me talking here folks – those who write down their goals have a significantly higher chance of achieving those goals!

Make your dreams come true, design your own ideal life, create more personal freedom, time freedom, and financial freedom for you and your family. It’s easy to talk the talk, but can you walk the walk? Let’s RUN, PlanNet Marketing.

PlanNet Marketing has some BIG goals for our company in 2020, but we won’t accomplish them without each and every one of you. Get serious about your goals in 2020.
