My grandmother has started giving away her things so that when her time comes, no one will fight over any of her stuff. Instead of drawing up a will for china, trinkets and jewelry, she’s gifted various items to each of her children and grandchildren. Unfortunately, your PlanNet business can’t be divided up and passed around like glass hummingbird statuettes and pearl necklaces, but you can pass it along to your family.

PlanNet Marketing allows those Reps who reach the level of Director to will their business to an heir upon their death. That’s right – all the hard work, blood, sweat and tears you pour into making your PlanNet business great every single day will not be lost! What a legacy to leave your family.

The PlanNet Pledge is included in the Policies and Procedures of PlanNet Marketing under the heading “Succession.”

The policy states:

Upon the death of a Director, their business may be passed to a designated heir(s). Appropriate legal documentation must be submitted to the Company to ensure the transfer is proper. Whenever a PlanNet Marketing business is transferred by a will or other testamentary process, the beneficiary acquires the right to collect all bonuses and commissions of the deceased Director’s marketing organization provided the following qualifications are met. The successor(s) must:

Execute an IR Agreement;

Comply with terms and provisions of the Agreement;

Meet all of the qualifications for the deceased Director’s rank/status;

Provide PlanNet Marketing with an “address of record” to which all bonus and commission payments will be sent. Bonus and commission payments of a PlanNet Marketing business transferred pursuant to this section will be paid in a single deposit jointly to the successor(s).

If Director's business is bequeathed to joint successors, the successors must use a single business entity and Federal Taxpayer Identification Number. PlanNet Marketing will issue all bonus and commission payments and one 1099 to the business entity.  

If the Director had a business entity through which the Director operated their business, the heir(s) must provide the appropriate legal documentation of their assumption of ownership and control of the business entity.  

If the Director did not have or bequeath a business entity, through which the Director operated their business, to the heir(s); the heir(s) must form a business entity and acquire a Federal Taxpayer Identification Number through which the heir(s) shall continue the operations of the business.

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and raised in a small town called Selma, Alabama. I currently reside in Atlanta, Georgia. I’m a wife and mom of one handsome little boy. I love to travel and spend time with close family and friends.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I started this journey to success with no experience and little support. I am a true believer of taking the first step and allowing God to handle the rest. It’s not in the land, it’s in the man.

I’ve grown so much since joining this company. All I knew was work and school. I’ve never been taught financial literacy or how to accumulate wealth. Through this industry, I’ve built my confidence, a network with others, long lasting relationships, and knowledge on how to accumulate generational wealth.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
Poverty drives me. Struggle drives me. Lack drives me. When I wake up and check my bank account, it motivates me. Abundance is my birthright and who said I couldn’t have it all?

I honestly don’t have a role model.

Confidence, motivated and determined.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?

Five years from now, I’ll be living in my dream home, driving my dream car, taking good care of my family, and helping others get over the poverty line to live their dreams.

She tells us, “My interests include spending time with my son and husband, travelling the world, and reading (I am a big reader)!

“As my dad lives in Thailand, I have been very fortunate to have travelled all over southeast Asia and have been everywhere in that part of the world from Thailand to Hong Kong to Singapore to Malaysia!  It is such a beautiful part of the world and I cannot wait to go back next year.

“I have achieved success at PlanNet Marketing by following the achievements of the people before me. I am so grateful to have such a hands-on upline in Caroline Hamilton and she has really guided me and taught me so much - although I still have a long way to go to reach my goal in the business! Also, there are so many people I look up to in this business and learn from everyday and I take notes on their approach and the challenges they have had in this business. A big factor for me I think is being consistent in my IPA's - this has played a large part in my success so far as this has gotten me to where I am today. I work four days a week too, so consistency has been key. I get up at 6.30 am and straight away get my IPA's done so that I don't have to worry the rest of the day and can focus on my son and my day job. This is what has worked for me. Then every spare minute I am following up and using the 90 day tracker to log everything I am doing so I know where I am at.”
