PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Florine Hall-Green to the 20/20 Club! Florine is from Hanford, CA and currently resides in Visalia, CA. She tells us, “I used to work odd, long hours for many years, so spending time with my family and alone time is important to me, as it's something you can never get back. I always want to remember that not only am I someone's mother and wife, but I also want to remember and never forget who I was before I became someone's mother and wife.
“What does that for me is taking off to the coastal area or even just simply booking a hotel getaway for the weekend, just to clear my head and regroup. I promised myself that in early 2020, I was going to be more of a product of my product and have as many experiences with my family, my friends and business partners as often as I can. I’ve been blessed and able to begin just that by visiting Las Vegas, New York, Texas, San Diego and a Caribbean cruise coming up in December 2021.
“I am achieving success in my business by always staying plugged in. It is a MUST. I took the challenge and admitted to myself that I don't know everything. I must be and stay consistent and coachable, so I too can relay that to my TEAM. Having a great mindset is where it's at. I have a Quantum Mindset Coach and I constantly hear him say in my head, "Flo, quit messing around, get out of your own way and keep moving. When roadblocks come up, know that you are maybe your own problem but also your own solution."
“I could not have achieved the success of where I am without my Coaches and Directors Marygail Harmon, Damien Goins and my AMAZING TEAM. When they say ‘your vibe is your tribe,’ that is exactly what I have and I couldn't be more grateful. Follow-up phone calls with my potentials I've approached or spoken with prior – no matter if they said no; networking when I’m out at food events, in the airport, in the grocery store; rewatching the videos in our back offices; weekly trainings, departure lounge for tips....just not being silent is how the success is coming. I'm just a few recruits shy of becoming a One-Star Director and that is where my focus is currently.
“A little fun fact about me is that I was once featured in Hype Hair magazine for doing hair shows back in early 2000. This led to possibly becoming a plus-size fashion model in New York, but I was unable to relocate at that time, due to my son being my priority; he is disabled and completely nonmobile, nonverbal, and totally depends on a wheelchair for transport. But it was fun while it lasted. I THANK GOD FOR ALL MY EXPERIENCES, PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE.”
