THE‌ ‌LEADERSHIP‌ ‌SPOTLIGHT‌ ‌SHINES‌ ON:‌ AMY BECKETT

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I'm from a small town called Grimsby in the North of England but moved to Leeds 13 years ago for uni, and then met my fiance here. (He was my next door neighbour!)

My hobbies include hating the gym (but still going), eating and spending time with my friends & family preferably somewhere hot, abroad.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Personal development were two words I didn't understand before this business. I was so consumed by self-doubt and limiting beliefs before PlanNet. I am extremely fortunate that my upline and immediate team are massive advocates of mindset work. I chose to have the belief that I could change the way I viewed myself and my abilities, and thanks to them I finally started to make the time for personal development. Previously, I thought I could never change the negative way that I viewed myself. Now I understand that I can achieve anything I set my mind to and I wish more people understood this.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
Purpose drives me. I have purpose here because I have benefited so much from this opportunity, and therefore my purpose now is to help as many other people as possible benefit too. There is nothing rewarding about success without helping others.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My mum, because although she has always had the support of my dad, she chooses to be a complete boss herself. I have watched her give herself everything. She's independent and has the best energy in any room.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Driven, Passionate, and Determined.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Don't fool yourselves into believing you're doing the work if you aren't. Don't allow your limiting beliefs to be proven right just because it's the easier option. Imagine how proud you will be when you prove them wrong. Think big because anything is possible if you have the belief. Belief comes from evidence so take a look at the evidence of so many different characters in PlanNet who have made this opportunity a huge success... Now get to work. ;)

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Me and my accountability partners always joke about this and say we will be on our yacht living our best lives. In reality, it's not all about the yacht. It's about being surrounded by like-minded people who make my soul happy, who I can enjoy my freedom with. It's about having a purpose that I'm passionate about. It's about no boss, no annual leave restrictions and complete time and financial freedom.

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER TINA AROBONE!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Tina Arobone to the 20/20 Club! Tina was born, raised, and currently lives in Norristown, PA with her family. She tells us, “I love to read and hang out with my kids. My travel experiences were next to nothing before this year. We used to travel once every 2-3 years. Jamaica was my very first trip besides Wildwood, NJ, for my honeymoon. Our next big trip was the Disney cruise when our kids were two and five years old. Three years later, we went to Disneyland. We were set to go to Disney World in May of 2020, but we all know how that went. In January of 2021 we went to Universal Orlando, then Houston, TX in May, Boston, MA in August followed by Dallas in August. We have a trip to Las Vegas planned for April of next year, but I am looking at places to visit between now and then.

“My success with PlanNet Marketing comes from listening to my upline. I hop on trainings and calls when I can. I am always trying to learn something. I also do my best to join new groups and make new friends daily. My tip for anyone starting out is to be consistent. Work two to three hours or more a day, and post things about your business daily. Success won’t come if you don’t put in the work.

“A fun fact about me: I am a leader of two Girl Scout troops and help with my son's Cub Scouts troop. My Scouts are like my second family. I love these girls and often say that I am a mom of 15 because I would do anything for them.”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER KIMBERLY BURRELL!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Kimberly Burrell to the 20/20 Club! She tells us, “I was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, and have lived here all my life. I am a hairstylist with 20 years experience. I love to travel and experience new things. My love for food and adventure have been my reasons for traveling. My dad made sure we traveled somewhere as a family at least once a year. He sparked my interest in traveling. My first plane ride was to Los Angeles, California to visit family. My first passport stamp was to Jamaica when I turned 18 years old.

“I am achieving success by being coachable and following the system that's in place to promote. Be sure to use the PS3 system and show people that you are in business for yourself, but not by yourself.”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER JACKIE GREER-BUCHANAN!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Jackie Greer-Buchanan to the 20/20 Club! Jackie is  originally from the south side of Chicago, Illinois. She tells us, “I now reside in Peoria, Illinois where I met my husband of 39 years at Bradley University. I am a road warrior or traveling Grandma LA-LA to my one and only granddaughter, who is my WHY!  We were blessed with two daughters and a son-in-love! I retired from teaching and coaching high school girl’s tennis. I was ready to travel the world when I saw this opportunity and it definitely made sense. The world became my new classroom!

“I am a founding member and work as a Success Partner for I’ve Decided, Inc. a personal development organization. ‘I believe we are destined to become who we decide to be.’ ~Ralph Waldo Emerson. I love learning, success stories and the culture of PlanNet Marketing. I am interested in helping families break away from a poverty mindset. You will find me walking with GirlTrek and promoting self care for women and girls in my community.

“I became hooked on travel after a senior high school trip to Madrid, Spain and Tangier, Africa. I have experienced mission trips to Puerto Rico, EF TOURS, and a bare site campground of Cinnamon Bay in St. John Virgin Islands. I’ve had my share of cruises and look forward to a future Alaskan and luxury private group cruise. We have also welcomed a foreign exchange student from Thailand to our home. It was a wonderful and rewarding experience for my family! Travel has been good for me to soak in some culture and develop diversity appreciation.

“My success is fueled by plugging into this proven turnkey system, reading personal development books, attending events and making sure I mind my business. I’ve learned that my calendar is my most valuable resource and there is no shortcut to financial freedom. Mr. Donald Bradley’s 13 Pillars have changed the way that I live and lead. I have become coachable and more confident in leadership. My entrepreneurial spirit and networking came from my parents who were business owners and property managers. They fostered lasting relationships with suppliers in Merchandise Mart.

“A fun fact about me is that I am a member of the 40+ Double Dutch Club. You must be over 40+ to join and there are 22.2k members worldwide.  I had an elevated experience at a restaurant called 10-3, known for a breathtaking dining experience (10,300 ft. above sea level at the top of Sandia Peak in Albuquerque, NM). The tram ride up the mountain was fascinating!!”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER TOMEKYA TYUS!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Tomekya Tyus to the 20/20 Club! Tomekya was born in San Francisco, California, but has lived in Indianapolis, Indiana for 38 years. She says, “I love spending time with my family, working my business and traveling (which I have not been able to do as of yet). Growing up, my parents made sure to take us on a family trip at least once a year. I have been to Washington D.C., Ohio, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Bahamas, Cozumel, and Wisconsin.

“I have gained success as a marketing Rep with PlanNet Marketing by being coachable, working my business and staying connected to my upline/sponsor. I speak to my upline/sponsor daily. She always knows what I am doing. I plug in every chance I get. After two months of being in PlanNet, I started doing the travel side of the presentation with my sponsor. I now do the presentation at least three times a week for my team and me.

“Some fun facts about me are that I like to fish, and birthdays are a big deal. I celebrate my birthday the entire month of July and end it by attending the Macy's Cincinnati Jazz Festival, and have done so for the past six years (with the exception of 2020). I am also a mental/behavioral health therapist, which I look forward to retiring from with the help of PlanNet.”
