40 DAYS & 40 NIGHTS - THE RELAUNCH!
21 DAYS to go!
1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born in Memphis, TN and lived most of my life within 50 miles of the city. I currently live in Bolivar, TN with my new husband, Garry, my son, Camren (17), and our two rottweilers, Bayne and Bella Rose. This is a new area for all of us, but we have been very happy since purchasing our home in February. In my downtime I like to paint, spend time on the lake on our boat, and travel as often as possible. In addition to my travel and network marketing business, I am also a Career Specialist in Business Services for the State of TN Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Prior to joining PlanNet Marketing In July of 2016, I allowed my life to control me. Now I control my life!! I have learned how to make an amazing future for my family. I am leaving them a legacy, not a bill. I have learned that what I do or don't do really makes a difference, so it's up to me what kind of difference I want to make. Ralph Waldo Emerson said, "The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be.” This business has taught me that the only limits on what I can become are set by how much I am willing to do. I am continuing to grow and change daily through the amazing teachings of our leadership.I will never stop growing and evolving in business or in life. My goal is to make a positive impact on everyone that I meet and to change as many lives as I can.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
What drives and motivates me are the people that refused to give up on me!! In 2018 I had some major life events occur that made me take a step back from my business and pretty much my whole life. I was in a very dark place, both mentally and spiritually. I didn't really let anyone besides my family know what I was going through. I withdrew into myself. Most days, I would barely get out of bed. I would avoid calls and messages from people because I didn't want to have to explain how I was or why I wasn't involved in what was going on. The truth is, life really had control of me again!! Throughout that whole time there was one thing I could count on, MY BUSINESS NEVER GAVE UP ON ME!! I have been blessed with some of the most amazing people that I am proud to call my business partners. They never gave up on me!! They pushed and pulled me out of my darkness and brought me back!! So I would have to say that my business family motivates me in many ways!! They motivate me to be a better person than I was yesterday, so that I can help others have a better tomorrow.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I would have to say that my role model is my friend and mentor, Director Rachel Russell. This woman is a supernatural force of nature. I followed her for a long time prior to joining the business in 2016. I knew from her Facebook posts that she was always upbeat, motivational, and genuine, but man I had no idea how truly amazing she is in person. Anyone who knows Rachel knows exactly what I mean. She is an amazing mom, wife, and businesswoman, but most of all, she is the truest friend that you could ever ask for. She always tells you like it is even if it hurts, she is always there (even when you push her away), and she gives herself to her friends, family, and organization 1000%. I could never be as amazing as she is, but if I can achieve half of what she does on her worst day, I will consider myself a success.
5. The three words that describe you best are:
Compassionate, Grateful, and Loyal.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
My advice would be to stay humble, work hard and be kind. Never give up, no matter what life puts in your way!!
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
In five years, I plan to be completely debt-free!! I plan to be sporting one of those coveted rings that signifies financial success in our business. I plan to do this by helping as many people as possible leave a legacy for their families.

I love to travel and have been to several states. Internationally, I have been to Jamaica, Mexico and the Bahamas.
“I have achieved success at PlanNet Marketing by staying consistent, staying plugged in, listening to leadership and getting out of my comfort zone. I feel that If you can apply all four of those tips, others will be able to do the same. I love the culture of this business and I am so glad to be a part of the PlanNet family.”
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Cynthia Collins to the 20/20 Club! Cynthia was born in Washington, DC and raised in Capitol Heights, MD. She currently resides in Laurel, MD.
“My interests are dancing, cooking, traveling and spending lots of time with close family and friends.
My travel experiences started with a trip to the Bahamas for my senior class trip. I've been to Honduras, Bahamas, Jamaica, Cancun, Cozumel, countless cruises and numerous stateside trips. I have to admit, this business made me commit to obtaining my passport so that I could become a product of the product.
“I am achieving success through remaining consistent and following my leadership. If I can give anyone tips for success, I would say remain coachable and don't get distracted by shiny new things. Remember, we are not only in the travel business, but in the people business.
“Fun fact: I love to cook and desired to be a personal chef.”

PlanNet Marketing congratulates Robelyn McNair for achieving One-Star Director! Robelyn is a native of Hattiesburg, MS and she currently resides in Lawrenceville, GA, a suburb north of Atlanta, GA. She is divorced, a single mom of an adult son and has a bonus daughter and four grandchildren. What she enjoys most is spending time with her grandchildren, her mother and being an empty nester.
Robelyn’s interests include learning new things, meeting new people, exploring new places and she absolutely loves live jazz and the continual practice of keeping the golf ball in the fairway. Traveling and learning about different cultures has always been exciting for Robelyn. She also devotes a large portion of her time to volunteering with various organizations, giving back to the community and helping others.
Travel experiences for Robelyn include the Caribbean Islands, always in search of the white sand beaches, blue water, sunshine and live music. She also enjoys traveling to New York and attending jazz concerts at Lincoln Center. Her most memorable European trip was to Italy, visiting Rome, Florence and Venice.
Robelyn achieves success at PlanNet Marketing by following the blueprint of the proven success system, being coachable, following and leveraging the leader(s), embodying the 12 Pillars, plugging in, reading daily, participating in professional development training, understanding the business, maintaining a positive disposition, desiring to win and helping others who want to do the same. She does the simple things consistently, has humility and stays focused on her goals.
Robelyn attributes her achievement to success so quickly directly to an incredible leadership team and a team of champions who are ready to win and help to free families. She says her leadership team charted the path and led by example. They were supportive every step of the way and coached, led and guided her through the blueprint of success which was duplicated with the team. She also mined her genealogy daily, studied the numbers, incorporated strategies from reading, provided frequent touchpoints, continued to frontline and outran the attrition. Robelyn says to “trust the system and do the work consistently, it works."
A “fun fact” Robelyn would like to share is that she retreats by having a nice glass of wine and popcorn that she pops the old school way on the stovetop.
PlanNet Marketing congratulates Ivanna Ponce for achieving One-Star Director, and welcomes her to the 20/20 Club! Ivanna’s friends call her “Yana,” and she was born and raised in Western Ukraine. Ivanna tells us, “After I finished my University, I traveled to the U.S. for my internship program, and I ended up staying. It has now been eight years since I moved to this amazing country, and I currently live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with my family. I am a mother of two girls – Sofia (4) and Leia (3).
The thing that I love the most in this life, besides my family, is traveling. My desire is to travel and show the beauty of this world to my kids is my biggest motivation. Throughout my life, I have traveled to Egypt, Poland, Jamaica, Mexico, and all across the USA. I was able to show my girls the beautiful culture of the Bahamas and Costa Rica. We also love having fun at the Disney parks. For my family to be able to travel more, I had to figure out how we could supplement my husband's income while obtaining time for the whole family. The PlanNet Marketing business gave me a vision and all the tools to make it happen.
What I would recommend for those who want to grow their business and achieve success is to be coachable, set the goals, create a plan, and most importantly, never give up. Don’t let anything stop you!
So, get connected with the person on your upline who is successful, willing to coach, and follow their guidelines. I would have never made it where I am right now, if it weren't for my directors, Mr. and Mrs. Hampton. They are the one who build confidence in me and are helping me to better understand this business. If you have someone who believes in you, you are less likely to fail. Believe in yourself as well and work on your personal development!
These are the Top 50 One-Star Directors who have achieved the 150 mark in their team building and are on their way to Two-Star Director.
