I’m a Registered Nurse, a wife and a mother to three beautiful children. I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. I’m an only child who loves life and values friends and relationships. 

“I enjoy swimming (being anywhere near the water), traveling, crafting, doing hair, singing, and laughing until my stomach hurts! I have traveled all over the world with friends, and I’m super intentional about letting my children experience the world through their own eyes and not just inside of a textbook.

She tells us, “I love to travel, experience new things, meet new people and live life as socially as possible. I have been fortunate to travel a lot growing up with my parents and have now travelled an incredible amount with my partner. It’s a part of my life that I’ll never trade in. Visiting new places and experiencing new cultures makes me feel full and it also creates the best memories.

 “The success I’ve achieved at PlanNet is a duplication of what the leaders are doing. As soon as the events were back up and running, I went to London and the energy in that room was infectious. I just knew I wanted to be receiving my Director jacket so as soon as I got home. I used the feeling it gave me to fuel my fire and go for everything I said I would. 

“All the materials and formulas are there, it’s just about using them and staying consistent and showing up every single day. Of course there are going to be days where you just don’t want to but no sun comes without rain, and they’re the days you really need to push yourself because it will be worth it. Directorship felt so far away when I first started; I wasn’t sure how I was going to get there. But over time, your actions create results, and before you know it, you’re being celebrated. I work this around my full-time job as a general manager in hospitality so life can be hectic, but being organised is key to finding the time to work your business. 

“A fun fact about me: I hit Directorship whilst on holiday in Ibiza in 2022. In 2021 on holiday in Ibiza, I got engaged, so the island life must be the life for me! I just can’t wait to continue this journey with PlanNet and see what’s to come!”

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
Born in Arizona, raised in Petersburg, VA. I currently reside in Chesterfield, VA. I am engaged, have three children (21, 17 and 4 LOL). Hobbies: living, laughing and loving, traveling, riding motorcycles. Past Business Highlights: I started Feb 2021, am in the 80/80 Club (9 away from 100/100), reached One-Star Director in six months.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Man! PlanNet Marketing literally was just what I needed when I didn't know I needed it. It literally was the missing and CONNECTING piece to many things in my life. How have I grown? I'm STILL growing and developing; I just have changed those who pour into me and BABY they are DYNAMIC!!!

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My children of course, the NUMBERS my Mother uses to describe her retirement numbers and money (they are ugly and I'm going to change that), and simply wanting MORE out of life. There are things I haven't experienced that I want. I'm going to get them.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Honestly, there are too many to name. The person who has things I never could IMAGINE thrown at them and they still press on – the UNDERDOG who others turn their nose up and they still show up – the person who came from nothing and has more than they could have ever IMAGINED – my sideline partners who AREN'T even in my direct organization, however, continue to motivate me, encourage me, push me, shake me when I need to be shook – Mr. Bradley, who sincerely desires to make ordinary people live EXTRAORDINARY LIVES – each of these (and more) create the role model who inspires me to be the BEST ME!

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Determined, Team Player, and Selfless.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Don't Stop! Don't Quit! Believe in yourself and NEVER give up on you! If you want it, GO GET IT!

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now – I actually have already written about this moment (thanks, Coach Natalie Graham) – I will have retired myself from the federal government, giving someone else the chance to experience that life. I will be traveling the world helping others realize there is so much more to life – and everything they dream of, they can have! I will be on the PlanNet Marketing stage telling my story and delivering trainings, propelling others who are where I once was!

She tells us, “My interests are spending time with my family and being outdoors. We love going to concerts and festivals. I love swimming and am a water baby! My main interest and passion is anything travel.

“In 2011, my husband and I went backpacking around the world and made some amazing memories. We visited sites such as the Taj Mahal in India, Christ the Redeemer in Rio de Janeiro and the Statue of Liberty in New York. We went trekking in Thailand, skydived and scuba dived in Australia, visited Iguassu Falls in Argentina and even met Tom Cruise in Hollywood. It was a trip of a lifetime. I love visiting new places and taking our children on new adventures. The Caribbean, Mexico and Thailand are particular favourites of mine.

“My success so far has been attributed to following my leaders. I plug in to every call I can and also strive to be as coachable as possible. Top tips I would give are to be coachable, consistent and committed to the long term vision.

“A fun fact about me is I got married in Jamaica and I completed the Edinburgh marathon in 2010 and raised over £1000 for the British Heart Foundation.”

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Kierrah Holliday to the 20/20 Club! Kierrah was born and raised in Houston, TX where she currently resides. She says, “My interests consist of reading books, traveling, DIY creative projects, and having quality family time. I try to travel somewhere different at least once a month. I have been able to do this for the past two years and it has been quite the experience. Some of my favorite places to travel have been Jamaica, Cancun, and Miami. Anything with beautiful weather and a nice beach, I am there! 

 “I achieved my success through hard work, consistency, and waking up earlier than most people. The best advice my coach gave me was to keep doing the small things consistently and to also wake up earlier. There are a lot of people who work their business on a part-time basis. I get a lot of business done between the hours of 5 AM - 7 AM right before the IMV call. Staying plugged in to all corporate meetings and showing up to my own success has also been a huge factor for me as well. 

 “Figure out what works for you and run with it. Make time for your business every day, leave the excuses out, and stick very close to your leader/upline. 

 “A fun fact about me is that I actually lived in London for an entire summer right before getting my business started.”
