In case you missed yesterday morning's email, PlanNet and Hyperwallet are joining forces to bring our Reps a new integrated Tax Verification Program. 

PlanNet Marketing is not getting smaller - we are growing and expanding DAILY! We want to remain compliant and efficient, operating our business at the highest levels of integrity. 

On Tuesday, May 22, we are launching a new Tax Verification Program through our current commission payment system - Hyperwallet's Paylution Pay Portal.

Here's what you need to know about this new program: 

1) When any Rep earns $600 or more in a calendar year, their Hyperwallet account is flagged to confirm taxpayer information. They must complete the tax requirements before anything else can be accessed.

2) If the Rep resides in the United States or is a US Citizen, they will be prompted to verify their Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) through an automated process in their Hyperwallet/Paylution back office. 

3) If the Rep resides in any country other than the US, they will be prompted to print and sign a US tax waiver that alerts PlanNet of their foreign status and exemption from paying US taxes. 

4) Once the process of tax verification through Hyperwallet is complete, it will allow the Rep access to their Pay Portal and funds.

A: The annual fee option of $191.52 USD (a 20% discount) is available to all reps after the initial enrollment process is completed. It is located in the Virtual Office under My Business > Make a Purchase. Please be sure to deactivate the monthly payment option once it is purchased. 1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
My husband and I were both born and raised in Houston, Texas. Our parents actually live less than two miles apart and we attended the same high school, just in different decades. We both are very competitive! We make sure to keep family our priority and we enjoy traveling, movies, sporting events, and a whole lot of Chuck-E-Cheese. We are a loving, blended family of a 19-year-old and a ten, nine, six, and four-year old! We both love giving our parents the world.

I spent over 12 years in the oil and gas industry as a business development manager and Darryl has spent over 20 years as a Child Protective Services social worker, and he owns his own personal training business. A cool fact about him is he has been featured in Muscle Magazine and has won several bodybuilding competitions on the big stage in Las Vegas.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Not only have I grown and personally developed thanks to PlanNet Marketing, but so has my entire family. We have created family goals together, we motivate and inspire each other more, and hands down, we definitely learned how to celebrate each other more. I have never in my life met so many amazing people, from the incredible and extremely professional corporate staff to the impeccable leaders who I now affectionately call my family. When I was going through some pretty low lows, I received personal phone calls and text messages from Directors who were not financially connected to me, and that meant the world to me. I look forward to the events, first for the ((hugs)) and then with the expectation of learning something that will take me to the next level emotionally, spiritually, and financially.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
Losing my corporate job early in my PlanNet Marketing career was a huge blow to the gut. I now realize it was nothing but a blessing. I invested more time in my career than my family and it was still a three-minute business decision that cost me my six-figure income. So my drive is what I carried from all the years I worked so hard for someone else. And what keeps me motivated is the precious time freedom PlanNet Marketing has afforded me, times like this when I get to hear my babies scream and laugh playing on the playground while I craft this response. Times like surprising my oldest son who plays football for Rice University and being the only stalker mom at their football practice. Oh, and definitely the ability to surprise my hard-working and supportive husband with vacation giveaways keeps me motivated as well. When I get tired, I remember if I don't put it all on the line now I'll be sacrificing my family and freedom again in the future. It took me two years to truly understand the phrase "Don't let your why become your why not!” I truly understand it now.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I consider Mr Donald Bradley, our CEO and Founder, a role model. I was fortunate enough to meet him several months before he launched PlanNet Marketing. I admired his poise and passion. I witnessed how caring he was about others and how he made time for everyone, not caring what their ranks were. I witnessed Mr. Bradley be ridiculed, lied about, and conspired against and he held his head high and created undeniable success without seeking revenge. Later having similar experiences, I modeled my thoughts and behavior after him (it was definitely a struggle). I believe in his vision, which has always been about the people who trust and believe in him. He loves and adores his wife and children. And even though he is highly competitive, he never forgets the people who have not yet reached high levels of success. I proudly recognize Mr. Bradley as a role model for myself and my children!!! My babies think he's a celebrity!

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Innovative, compassionate, powerful!

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Simple, never quit! No matter what, keep on keeping on. People will quit on you, people you love the most will not be as supportive as you thought, you will not hit your goals on the dates you set, you get tired, you will get frustrated, somewhere the grass may seem to be greener...nope, it's not, so don't quit. Take your lessons as they come, learn from them, then you will see your progress. Don't quit! If you knew what all I have endured in my corporate life, personal life, and business life you would understand why I'm saying it every chance I get Do…Not…Quit!

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Wow, in five years my oldest son will be 24, my baby boy will be 11, my baby girl will be 10 and they will be super proud of their mom and dad. Mr. Bradley keeps reminding me that he's grooming us for seven-figure incomes. I will be well set into seven figures by then. My children will be living the lives of their dreams without any financial concerns! My team and anyone connected to me will be more successful than they ever imagined. I will be debt free, all of my charities will be well taken care of, I will be proud of the other documented seven-figure income earners that my leadership helped to produce. Life will be absolutely amazing!

If you are fortunate enough to have a local opportunity meeting in the city or state where you reside, then there should be no excuse as to why you can’t be there to absorb the nuggets being dropped by the leaders.

Welcome to the 20/20 Club Theresa Moliere-Lane! Theresa shares, “I am from St. Rose, Louisiana. I recently returned to my hometown after 15 years. I have a blended family with five children and four grandchildren. I work full-time in the oil and gas industry. My interest is spending time with my family and making my grandkids happy. In my spare time I love shopping and traveling.

“My travel experiences include Punta Cana, Hawaii, Aruba, Puerto Vallarta, Bahamas, Cozumel, Jamaica, California, Haiti, Texas, Florida, Las Vegas, Alabama, Arkansas, New York and Colorado.

“I am achieving my success at PlanNet Marketing by just sharing with others everything I love about the company and having a great support team. My husband drove about seven hours to make sure I attended Dream Makers in Huntsville, AL. Something Donald Bradley said that has stuck with me is, “Never miss a meeting that you are qualified to attend.

“Tips that I will pass along: Treat this like a business. Always remember that there is no “I” in team. When bringing someone into the business, make sure you follow up with them on a regular basis to make sure they are as successful as you are. If you do not know something, always ask. No question is a dumb question. The way I achieved success so quickly was by being coachable by my Director, staying plugged in, and following the system. The most important thing is encouraging my team. Each person that I have brought in to the business is now my brother and sister in success.

“A fun fact that I would like to share about myself is that ever since I was a kid, we have always traveled and I loved stopping at every welcome center along the way and picking up travel brochures. Now I am the owner of my own travel business. Another fun fact: Last year I found out that my husband had never been to Disney and as a Travel Agent I felt it was my duty to make sure he saw the Mouse. I surprised him with a trip to Disney last year for his 46th birthday!”
 

 

MEET NEW 20/20 CLUB MEMBER TASHYLE ROBINSON!

Welcome to the 20/20 Club, Tashyle Robinson! Tashyle was born and raised in Myrtle Beach, SC. She manages a state group home with eight disability and special needs ladies and gentlemen, plus nine staff, all with different personalities. She says, “I am a wife and mother of two beautiful girls, a 19-year-old and a 9-year-old. My interests are any and everything I can possibly show my children that I didn’t get to see and do as a child. I don’t have a lot of travel experiences - that was my purpose honestly in becoming an agent - to be able to travel with my family, but then tragedy struck. I just knew that it wasn’t my test but my testimony, with God walking with me every step of the way. 

“In August of last year my husband was in a very bad car accident and broke his back in two places, and his top and bottom jaws on both sides were broken. So from that point on I hit the ground and never stopped running. Then in November I had a miscarriage but I never stopped running. I knew my ‘why’ was bigger than my ‘why not.’ I said all that not for sympathy, but to show you no matter what obstacles you face in life, as long as you keep your eye on your ‘why’ and keep God in everything you do, you shall be successful.

The way I achieved success so quickly is that I stay plugged into all calls, I remain coachable, and I have never allowed someone else’s success to deter me from my path. A little fun fact about myself is I have always been a go-getter. Ask anyone!  I don’t care how many times you tell me something’s impossible I always have to see it for myself.”

You Can Do SOMETHING Without Doing Everything!

Have you noticed how some of our PlanNet Reps are just able to do it ALL?!
 
How are they able to sell ITAs, recruit Reps, build a team, support that team, lead local meetings, attend regional meetings, fly all over the place for national events and vacations and trainings, and still manage to take care of their families, homes and other responsibilities?! Seriously, it makes me tired just thinking about it!

For those of us who may not have that kind of stamina or time – don’t be discouraged! You can still do something to build your business. Choose to let yourself off the hook – don’t feel like you have to do it all. Just do something, do ONE THING if that’s all you can manage. I promise you, it will make a difference.

Choose to ONLY sell ITAs, or to ONLY recruit Reps. Choose ONLY to work your business for an hour a day or ONLY to attend meetings on the weekends (when you don’t have to get up early for work the next day).

Will you become a Director in six months? No, probably not. Will you become a millionaire in a year or even two years? Nope. But that doesn’t mean you won’t be growing and building and laying the foundation to do more as you’re able. You can still be selling and earning some money on the side without feeling the pressure to move mountains.

Our field leaders, Directors, and Directors-in-Training will all be there pushing you to do the best you can – and they will expect a lot from you! But if you’re feeling discouraged and feel like you can’t do it all - don’t give up!!! Choose to take one small step at a time. You can do this! You CAN!
