Chairman Donald Bradley recognizes One-Star Directors when they achieve the 150 mark in their team building and are on their way to Two-Star Director.
Congratulations to Michele Smith for achieving One-Star Director! Michele says, “I am a wife, mom, daughter, sister, cousin, and great friend to some really special people. I am originally from Detroit, Michigan, but have resided in Georgia for about 20 years. I enjoy shopping, reading and exploring new interior design concepts. Some of the fun places I have visited are the Bahamas, St. Martin, Jamaica, Costa Rica, Las Vegas and Hawaii, just to name a few.
“PlanNet Marketing has afforded me the best opportunity to stretch outside my comfort zone by learning the value of being "co-dependent" with those that can provide me with good guidance and wisdom as a leader. Growing in PlanNet Marketing has taught me the importance of pivoting from depending 100% only on my skill set to achieve my goals, to willingly accepting the help and support from others to achieve even more than I expected. From this experience, I have strengthened my mindset and network marketing posture in several areas of my personal and professional life to not only do great things for me, but to better support others in achieving their goals, too.
“As a leader and coach, I share as many tips as I can with my team of champions. I encourage all to remain humble enough to hear your coach, wise enough to execute the play and vulnerable enough to accept help when you need it the most. I share my challenges and successes with my team so that they can win, and know without any hesitation that they can achieve any goals they set out to achieve in this business by following the blueprint.
“Fun fact: I enjoy doing 5K walk/runs, love to ballroom dance, and celebrate life unapologetically with my family and dearest friends.”
Congratulations to Angelic Coclough for achieving One-Star Director! Angelic is from Knoxville, Tennessee where she was born and raised. She tells us, “I am a mom. Everything I do is for my family. I'm very family oriented. I love cooking, reading and spending time with my family. I also enjoy meeting new people and making a difference in their lives. I am more of a road trip type of person. I enjoy sightseeing, a good beach trip, and visiting different restaurants in different places.
“I'm achieving success because I have a genuine passion for helping people and I know how this business has made an impact in my life. So I'm on a mission to help as many families as I can that truly want it. You have to be consistent in sharing the vision. It should become second nature to you.
“When you are genuine in what you are doing and building those strong connections within your team, it matters. Be yourself and do it from the heart and always keep everyone's best interests in mind.
“A fun fact about me is I LOVE FOOTBALL!!!”
1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born in a place called Chertsey in Surrey, UK, but then moved to Bishop’s Stortford in Hertfordshire when I was two, which is where I grew up. I now live in Chigwell, Essex with my wife, Rachel, and my two-year-old son, Leo!
I’m a sociable guy, love meeting new people and love hearing people's stories. I’m a huge fan of self-development and motivational speakers as well as a big fitness lover. I like to run or train at least four times a week.
For the last 10 years, I’ve been a recruitment consultant. For the last seven of those years, I’ve owned my own recruitment company with offices in London and Manchester with multiple employees, and have successfully placed people in jobs all over the world.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I’ve really honed in on my leadership skills. Having run my own business for seven years, I’ve always led from the front, but with this last year devastating my recruitment company and everything I had built over the last seven years, it really got me down to a point where I was massively lacking motivation…. This opportunity came along and gave me purpose again!
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My wife and son. Everything I do is for them. Also the fear of leaving this earth not having reached my full potential is what drives me.
Motivational speeches, self-development books, and other people's successes are what motivate me.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My Dad was my ultimate role model. He moved down to London from Scotland at the age of 18 to provide for the rest of his family back home. He was the friend, the husband, the father and the man I want to be.
5. The three words that describe you best are:
Confident, Driven, and Honest.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Never take advice from someone who isn’t in a position that you aspire to be in, whether that be physical advice, mental advice, business advice, life advice, financial advice, etc
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Beautiful! I’ll hopefully have a bigger, beautiful family and will have helped hundreds and even thousands of beautiful people find their purpose and reach their goals.
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Quteria Bryant to the 20/20 Club! Quteria lives in Birmingham, AL. She tells us her interests are “traveling, helping others, shopping, and meeting new people. I have traveled to so many beautiful places, but my best so far has to be St. Thomas. The culture there is so beautiful.
“I am achieving success at PlanNet Marketing by being a product of my business. My technique would be to be what you sell, because people watch. You need to be a product of your product and also remain coachable, teachable and reachable. My motto is, ‘what you put in is what you will get out.’ Stay consistent on your goals. Walk in your vision like it has already happened.
“A fun fact about me is that I used to be shy a couple of years ago!”
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Robelyn McNair to the 20/20 Club! Robelyn’s hometown is Hattiesburg, MS and she now resides in Lawrenceville, GA, a suburb north of Atlanta, GA. She is divorced, has an adult son, a bonus daughter and four grandchildren. What she enjoys most is spending time with her grandchildren, her mother, and being an empty nester.
Robelyn’s interests include learning new things, meeting new people, exploring new places and she absolutely loves live jazz and the continual practice of keeping the golf ball in the fairway. Traveling and learning about different cultures has always been exciting for Robelyn. She also devotes a large portion of her time to volunteering with various organizations, giving back to the community and helping others.
Travel experiences for Robelyn include the Caribbean islands; she is always in search of white sand beaches, blue water, sunshine and live music. She also enjoys traveling to New York and attending jazz concerts at Lincoln Center. Her most memorable European trip was to Italy where she visited Rome, Florence and Venice.
When Robelyn reflects on how she is achieving success at PlanNet Marketing, she would like to share with others the importance of following the blueprint of the proven success system, being coachable, following the leader(s), embodying the 12 Pillars, plugging in, reading daily, participating in professional development training, understanding the business, maintaining a positive disposition, desiring to win and helping others who want to do the same, having humility, doing the work consistently, and lastly, staying focused on the goals.
Robelyn attributes her quick achievement to success directly to an incredible team of leaders who have charted the path and led by example. They have been supportive every step of the way and they have coached, led and guided her through what she refers to as the “see-saw,” the ups and downs of the business and the highs and lows you have to push through while keeping the end goal in mind. Robelyn says to “trust the system, it works.”
A “fun fact” Robelyn would like to share is that she retreats by having a nice glass of wine and popcorn that she pops herself on the stovetop.
PlanNet Marketing is committed to integrity and transparency in our business - we have absolutely nothing to hide! In an effort to operate our business at the highest standards, we have published an Income Disclosure Statement (IDS) for 2020.
The IDS can be found in various places on the PlanNet Marketing website and in our corporate presentation. It's also available for you to view and download in Resources in the Rep Virtual Office. If you want to send it to someone electronically, it can be found at https://www.plannetmarketing.com/en-us/Income-Disclosure.
According to best practices, we should use this document ANY time we're talking about (or writing about) compensation earned with PlanNet Marketing. The IDS shows the facts about income earned at various levels of accomplishment with PlanNet Marketing. We don't expect our Reps to speak in depth on the IDS, simply present it when you're talking about earning any type or amount of compensation with PlanNet Marketing – and let the statement do the talking. If you post something on social media that discusses income, you should include a link to the IDS in the post.
We believe the IDS can be a strong marketing tool; it shows that while the "average" Rep in 2020 earned $154.14 for the whole year, a small amount of extra effort to become a Gold Builder bumped that earning potential to an average of $5,374.05! Now you're talking.
Specific questions about the IDS and its use can be sent to Compliance@plannetmarketing.com.
Set your reminder for every Friday to take a few minutes to read the newest PlanNetNow! Don’t miss the latest announcements, recognitions, and the motivation this important communication provides. See you next Friday!
