CONGRATULATIONS TO QUOEDA LEWIS FOR ACHIEVING ONE-STAR DIRECTOR!

PlanNet Marketing congratulates Tonya Christophe for achieving One-Star Director! She tells us, “Everyone knows me as “Shea.” I was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee and currently live in Southaven, Mississippi, which is four miles south of Memphis.

“I love life! I want to see the world and I want others to see it, too. Outside of travel, I enjoy leisure reading and I’m growing to enjoy reading as professional development for my business. I also enjoy cooking and trying new recipes (especially desserts). I am what some would call an “old soul” so I love old school music from artists of the ‘80s, ‘90s and early 2000s. I also listen to motivational messages and sermons via YouTube. Some of my favorites are Priscilla Shirer, Sarah Jakes Roberts, and Eric Thomas. I am active in my church and my sorority. I have a passion for helping people succeed, which is why I love being an educator. I recently discovered the beauty in yoga as a form of exercising the mind and body.

“I have always enjoyed traveling. When I was younger, my grandparents called me “the navigator” because I would randomly rattle off directions when we were driving in the city or on the highway. I took my first solo plane ride at seven years old. By the time I was 13, I had already visited 14 states plus Canada by train, plane, and automobile. I was raised as an only child by a single mother so she and my grandparents did their best to expose me to sites beyond my own city. One of the reasons I started my business is so my own children would have even more travel experiences than I had as a child. I want my son and daughter to have more memories and adventures than things and trinkets because memories last a lifetime. I am a planner by nature and I am often called on by family and friends to plan events and trips. When my family experienced its first destination reunion onboard the Carnival Glory., out of 41 attendees, only 11 of us had been on a cruise before, so it was a fun and exciting time for our family. My greatest joy was seeing smiles on the faces of my family.

“I have been an educator for 25 years, so my experience as an entrepreneur was limited. I did not have Directorship in mind, but the 2019 International Convention changed my mindset. I saw something greater for myself, my children, and those who were directly and indirectly attached to me. There were times I felt as if my journey to Directorship was taking much longer than others who started this business around the same time as I did. I believe that everything happens in due season and achieving Directorship is no different. When my season came, I kept my head down and focused on finishing what I started. All gas. No brakes!

“My grandmother used to remind me as a teenager that it’s okay to play copycat as long as you copy the right cat. I would tell others, stick close to the leadership of this business and listen with open ears. Duplicate as often as possible (it’s the best form of flattery you can offer to your leader). Build goals for YOURSELF. When YOU win, others win by default.  Never be satisfied; always want more and always expect it!

CONGRATULATIONS TO STEFANIE THOMPSON FOR ACHIEVING ONE-STAR DIRECTOR!

PlanNet Marketing congratulates Stefanie Thompson for achieving One-Star Director and the 40/40 Club! Stefanie was born in Savannah, GA, grew up in the small town of Lincolnton, GA, and currently resides in St. Augustine, FL. Stefanie says, “My interests include traveling, spending time with family, listening to music, especially jazz, classical, R&B, and gospel, exercising, watching sports, cooking different dishes, and meeting new people.

“My travel experiences include numerous cities in the United States, and I have lived in Chicago, Louisville, Cleveland, and Alabama. I have often enjoyed traveling to the Caribbean islands, because I love the people, blue water, food, and live music. I enjoy attending symphony and jazz concerts along with comedy shows and live music performances. One of my most memorable trips was touring and traveling to Canada and the New England states and seeing the cranberry farms of Vermont.

“An opportunity like PlanNet Marketing doesn't come along very often. It is a gift that has been provided, and it should not be taken for granted. I believe achieving success in PlanNet Marketing encompasses the three C's – being coachable, consistent, and committed. Although we all bring life experiences and knowledge to this platform, if it is something you have never done before or have never been successful in doing, it is imperative that you find a successful coach/mentor who has done it! Next, you want to execute! It is all about finding the "Simple Daily Disciplines" that are productive and repeating them daily.

“Achieving success quickly in this business comes from "no nonsense" leaders who provide structure and support. They lead by example with patience and by working in the trenches with you. They encourage personal development and guidance to help us understand that in order for things to be different, we have to DO something different.

“A fun fact about me is that I am a former jazz musician who played the trumpet in college.”

MEET ONE-STAR DIRECTOR TONYA CHRISTOPHE!

director1_tonya_christophe_mini.png

PlanNet Marketing congratulates Tonya Christophe for achieving One-Star Director! She tells us, “Hello, my name is Tonya Christophe, also known as ‘Momma Tonya” within the business by the millennials. I am 53 years old. I was born and raised in Houston, Texas and am married, a mother of three and two grandchildren. I have a bachelor’s degree in business management, and I am also a private health care provider. I love the thought of helping people. I started this business a year and a half ago. I call it my blessing in disguise because my husband and I were in the process of searching for something that would heed us passive income. We didn’t want to solely depend on Social Security once we retired. I work PlanNet Marketing on a part-time basis, which will soon become full-time within the next year.

“My passion is to make a change in someone’s life, such as single parents raising kids alone or the youth who are transitioning into adults that have had early stumbling blocks in life. Regardless of their circumstances, my goal is to showcase that there is a way out with the right guidance.

“Growing up, I have always been an adventurous kid. I love to go places and experience new things. Since joining this business, I have met so many new friends and business partners. I have had the opportunity to travel more than ever. Last year, I went on at least six vacations. No more traveling once or twice a year for me! I will be scratching off some of those things on my bucket list. Whoop! Whoop!

“I achieved success by keeping my eyes on the prize. I am an extremely competitive person by nature. I genuinely believe in the energy from the earth. I knew right off to stay away from anybody who displayed a negative vibe towards me. Always be genuine when it comes to doing business or helping others. This business revolves around building relationships with people.

“The way that I achieved success was being COACHABLE. To be a great leader, you must learn to be slow to speak and quick to listen. I never doubted anything that my leadership presented to me. I knew from the jump to stay close to my upline. Did I ever have my down moments? Yes, I did. There were a few lazy and frustrating moments throughout the journey, but I knew not to let the process punk me out of my blessings.

“A huge fun fact about me if you really get to know me is “I’m a BIG kid at heart.” I still love to skate, dance, joke, play games and most of all, enjoy the simple things of life.”

THE LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT SHINES ON: CAMERON GOWDY

Screenshot 2021-06-02 103704.jpg

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and raised in Decatur, IL and moved to Des Moines, IA in 1993. I have two beautiful daughters and three awesome grandchildren with one on the way. In my spare time, I love to write poems and spend time with family and friends.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I have grown and personally developed because of the great leadership I have. I make sure I apply duplication in addition to staying plugged in and building up my own awareness, knowledge and skills to pass along to my Team.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
Having a Purpose with a Passion and being successful. I think all the time about what I can do differently to be a better leader, in addition to helping others gain financial freedom and travel the world. This sometimes causes me to sacrifice my sleep, but I know the end result will be priceless. My family motivates me as I have a desire to provide for them, as well as coaching others – there’s nothing better than seeing others win.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
The first person I thought of was my Mom, but it was placed on my heart to share that Director Debra Bond is definitely a role model. When I began this business we met through my Sponsor, Tawnita Hislop, via Facebook. When I met Debra in person at the 2019 Convention, she treated me as if she had known me all her life. What you see with Director Bond is what you get – she is a phenomenal leader, she doesn’t hesitate to help others at any given time even during the wee hours she should be sleeping, she encourages you, pushes you, stretches you, provides constructive criticism, she has a big heart, loves her children and is a HUGE blessing to her team and treats us just like family. She pours into us constantly because she wants to see all of us win, and all of these characteristics within one person are very rare to find and it sincerely makes me want to be a better me!

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Loyal, Leader, and Inspirational.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Life isn’t easy but every morning you wake up, it’s a blessing. The obstacles that you face in life are preparing you for something greater so don’t give up! We all have flaws and growth areas, but in life as well as business, you have to be coachable, listen, make changes where necessary and not focus on the roadblocks, because when you do you allow yourself to stay stuck. We are all uniquely and wonderfully made. Live life on your terms. Invest in YOU and never give up on YOU…the best is yet to come and remember that it is all in God’s timing.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Retired from my full-time job even if that isn’t the projected date, because God has the final say, and a Six-Star Director. I will own a dream home and a dream car in addition to doing more traveling and spending more time with family and friends.

Constantly being forced out of my comfort zone and into newer, more aggressive goals everyday also keeps me on my toes. I have truly engulfed myself into this business and am just reaping the benefits of the seeds I have sown. My advice to anyone looking to build their business or grow with PlanNet Marketing would be to trust the process and follow the system. The business isn't hard but does require some effort and consistency, so the more you commit and the more consistent you are with your efforts, the better the result. Set your goals and constantly work towards them, be sure that your growth with the company is more than just financial. Your world cannot change until you change yourself.

COMPLIANCE CORNER

A Business You Can Work From ANYWHERE?!

PlanNet Marketing is proud to offer our Reps the opportunity to work on their terms and at their own pace. Our Reps are free to travel as they will and work their business on the go! But we do have a few rules about WHERE you can work your PlanNet Marketing business.

PlanNet Marketing is a business and we have legal boundaries. We are only allowed to operate our business in markets (countries) where we have legal permission to operate. That means our Reps have these same limitations. We’re open in the United States, the United Kingdom, Mexico, the Bahamas, Jamaica, Panama, and a slew of other islands (check out our full list of open markets via the link below).

So, what are the rules?! Here we go!

  1. Live in an Open Market. PlanNet Marketing requires our Reps primarily to live (physically reside there, not just be a citizen) in a country where we are legally allowed to operate. This also means a Rep or ITA must physically be in an open market upon their enrollment – no buying an ITA while on holiday abroad, folks. But why? I live in the USA normally, I’m just traveling to Africa for a few weeks (or months, or a year, or more…) If a Rep enrolls someone who is physically located in a country where PlanNet Marketing is not allowed to operate, that Rep is violating this policy! They are advertising the Rep business or selling ITAs in a closed market. That can get the Rep and PlanNet Marketing in a heap of trouble. Just wait until your prospect is home.

  2. Work in an Open Market. Your new prospect decided to join your team – you have a new Rep and ITA working with you, now they’re off to travel the world! A month in Thailand, six months in New Zealand, winter in Cyprus, the sky's the limit! That new Rep and ITA is allowed to travel as they choose – there is no maximum amount of time they can be gone. However, while traveling – they must ONLY recruit Reps and sell ITAs to people who are physically located in open markets. Again, if that traveling Rep sold an ITA to a UK citizen who was also on holiday in Thailand, it would be violating policy – PlanNet Reps are not allowed to operate in Thailand. That traveling Rep IS allowed to sell ITAs to those who are living in open markets!

  3. Duplicate within Your Team. Make sure your team knows and understands this policy. If you don’t understand it, email me at Compliance@plannetmarekting.com to ask questions. Then share your knowledge with your team. These rules are a safeguard for our company and our Reps. Protect the PlanNet!

  4. Other Information. What else do I need to know about this? If PlanNet Marketing has reason to question a Rep's country of origin, we will contact that Rep and ask for several documents to prove where they are living (Proof of Residency). Every Rep should be able to produce these documents upon request. In addition, if a Rep was enrolled or an ITA sold in a closed market, PlanNet Marketing will take action – the account will be closed, the Rep/ITA notified of the reason and the sponsor will be warned. After that initial warning, further violations by the same sponsor will warrant disciplinary action per the policy.

We have a HUGE open market out there – let’s focus our efforts to help people in those countries where PlanNet Marketing is legally sanctioned to operate and refuse to enroll anyone who isn’t living in open markets. Keep working and traveling on your terms with the Best Place on the PlanNet!
