Meet new PlanNet Marketing One-Star Director Charlotte Ryder! She is from and has always lived in Surrey, England, UK. Charlotte tells us, “My family is my whole world – so many memories with them are everything to me. I also love to dance and sing although I’m not very good, and I’m an absolute avid lover of interior design. I designed vision boards for every room in our house before we’d even bought it! I’m obsessed.
“We love to travel, having visited St. Lucia, Florida, Greece, Turkey, Spain, Portugal, and Budapest, just to name a few, but our most visited destination is Disneyland! My husband and I had a Disney-themed wedding and we’ve kept the magic going strong on frequent trips with our girls!
“Success comes from teamwork – duplicate a proven system and you’ll have so much success. Lead by example and don’t just tell people how incredible this business is – really show them! I always tell my team to talk about this opportunity with the same excitement they had when they fell in love with the idea of owning their own travel business too! MEET NEW ONE-STAR DIRECTOR MARCIA TAVITA!
Meet new PlanNet Marketing One-Star Director Marcia Tavita! Marcia tells us she was born and raised in the beautiful island of American Samoa, an unincorporated territory of the United States, located in the South Pacific, and is half Samoan and half Filipina. She is a wife of 21 years and a mom of three. currently living in Richmond, VA.
Marcia shares, “I love to figure things out that no one wants to do. Within every problem lies an opportunity. Challenge my brain. Helping people just comes natural to me. I love to travel and learn about other cultures. My travel experiences span from the South Pacific to across the Atlantic to parts of Asia and will expand.
“Being in PlanNet Marketing has taught me a lot about myself. Staying consistent is a plus. Just like anything, you practice your craft until you get better. Staying plugged in to your coach/mentor, team meetings, zooms, etc. is a plus. There’s no magic but to do the work and follow a few simple steps. Read and read and read and don’t ever give up on your dreams.

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and raised in Greenwood, SC where I currently reside. In my spare time, I enjoy outdoor activities with my family, grilling, and traveling.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Since joining PlanNet my leadership skills have developed. It has motivated me to educate myself both professionally and personally. I have learned what is required to advance as an entrepreneur. PlanNet Marketing has not only provided me the opportunity to leave a legacy for my family, but it also forced me to improve my mindset on so many levels. I am grateful for PlanNet Marketing for educating me so that I can now educate my sons on the importance of entrepreneurship.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
I am driven by having the chance to create opportunities for others and entrepreneurship. I was taught at a young age a man is the head of his household and provides for his family. The ability to create wealth and leave a legacy motivates me to push and push and push!
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My grandfathers. They were hardworking men who always created opportunities for others and took care of their families. I witnessed quitting never being an option for them. They instilled in me my work ethics, some of my values, and pushed me to never allow another person to determine my level of success
5. The three words that describe you best are:
Respectful, Supportive, and Hardworking.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Never be upset about the results you didn't get from the work you didn't do! Stop doing the same thing over and over that's not working and expecting to get different results! Be the type of leader you want to lead you!
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Debt-free, healthy in all areas, and effectively leading others to create a legacy for their family! Oh and traveling from city to city, state to state, and country to country!

Meet PlanNet Marketing 20/20 Club member Damon Chuck! Damon shares, “Greetings to my PlanNet families, Dream Team, and Legacy. I am originally from Kingston, Jamaica; my parents migrated to Brooklyn, New York when I was five years old, with my father serving this great country in the US Army. My mother raised my younger sister and me while working and attending college. After graduating from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, where I received my undergrad, I worked as a social worker and my current profession as a Correctional Officer. I was blessed to meet my beautiful wife, Yvonne, who with our four children together make up my family. We reside in Brooklyn, New York, where I still work, and in Easton, PA where my children attend school.
“Then about seven months ago PlanNet Marketing came in and changed our lives. At first it was something for Yvonne to earn extra income while retired at home with an injury, but when I got wind of it I didn't have to think about it – I was sold. I mean the trips we took, the people we met, the excitement, the culture, the exposure! I was more excited than Yvonne and that's pretty hard to say! It's not easy, however – you have to grind in order to be successful, you have to be coachable, you have to make sacrifices, you have to grow a thick skin for all the NOs that you're going to get, and finally you have to work together with your team. Get stretched and success will come your way. And remember, it's a two-fold business, so take time to do your InteleTravel University because I don't believe in leaving money on the table.”

Sometimes, when life gets a little too crazy, hard, or scary, we just want to crawl into bed, put our head under the covers and pretend like none of it is happening. Pretend everything is fine and good. Don’t ask questions, don’t take names. Just forget about it all and try again tomorrow…or next week. Things will look better in the morning. Right?
