COMPLIANCE CORNER

I Want to Change Sponsors!

"My sponsor isn't training me or returning my calls. I don’t like the way my upline/downline does business and it’s upsetting others. My sponsor blocked me on Facebook. We just can’t work together. Can I change sponsors?"

We get this question from time to time, and understandably. We're in a business based on RELATIONSHIP marketing. In all relationships there is conflict. Whether it’s a parent and child, friends, siblings, co-workers, church members, teammates, or business associates – there is going to be conflict. We are all human, after all.

We want you to excel and grow your business with the best success. Sometimes it feels like another Rep is holding you back or causing you trouble. It seems easiest to simply stop working with that Rep. Unfortunately, no matter who your upline and downline are – there WILL be conflict. So, when conflict comes, don't go looking for greener pastures – find ways to improve your own lawn!

Celebrate Your Differences! We all have different talents and skills to bring to the table. Learn to value those differences and find ways to use those differences to grow your business together. Instead of arguing or judging based on differences, recognize that no one will please you all the time and try your best not to allow this to bother you.

Find a Good Fit! If you have someone you don't see eye-to-eye with, help them find someone else in your current line whom they can work with – someone else may be a better fit than you. Don't ignore them or belittle them; don't tell them to cancel or change sponsors – help them!

Build Toward Success! Together we will all be successful. It takes every single person to make PlanNet Marketing great – one Rep isn’t better or more valuable than another Rep. Every Director and 20/20 Club Member knows the value of every single Rep on their team – it wasn’t “numbers” that allowed these people to reach Gold Builder and above, it was PEOPLE! People who all want to succeed. When we work together, celebrate our differences, and help our team members find others who work well with them, we will all succeed.

5.1.2 Change Of Sponsor – To protect the integrity of all marketing organizations and safeguard the hard work of all IRs, PlanNet Marketing rarely allows changes in sponsorship, with the rare exception of direct line changes (meaning placement is not affected).

5.1.3 Change Of Placement – A request for change of placement must be submitted within seven (7) days of the date of enrollment and must be requested by the current listed sponsor. An IR can only be moved inside of the same sponsor’s organization.

THE LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT SHINES ON: CARLA LEWIS

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born on the Isle of Spice, Grenada, raised in the land of steel pan and calypso, AND Carnival, Trinidad. I currently live in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I’m a mom of three amazing and talented kids. I’m a designer/seamstress by trade and I’m also in the health and wellness industry.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I owe my personal growth to PlanNet Marketing, 100%. I have been through a few network marketing businesses, looking for the ONE! The leadership, the IMV calls, the community, my business partners, everything aligned and changed my mindset.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
Living drives me. Five years ago, I was given a second chance at life. Being rejected by five different life insurance companies due to my unforeseen ailment, and knowing that as an entrepreneur I could have died, leaving my family financially strained, I had to find a way. When I found out about the PlanNet Marketing Pledge, I found hope. I had tunnel vision and went for it. Now I’m leaving them a legacy.

4. The three words that describe you best are:
Patient, Talented, and Dependable.

5. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
As long as you have life, you have another chance to do, to be, to accomplish whatever your heart desires. It’s only upon death that you are out of chances.

6. What does your life look like five years from now?
In five years, I will have financial stability that doesn’t depend on my own efforts. My family will be well traveled, their dreams and businesses will be funded and I will be able to be a blessing to many in need. We will enjoy quick getaways to our family vacation home back in the islands.

CONGRATULATIONS TO KRYSTAL BROWN FOR ACHIEVING 60/60 CLUB!

PlanNet Marketing welcomes Krystal Brown to the 60/60 Club! Krystal tells us, “I am a single mother of two amazing girls, born and raised in Rochester NY, and I work this business on a part-time basis.

“I started with PlanNet Marketing because I saw an opportunity to travel and make money, but most importantly, to help other people. But, I never imagined it would be 60-plus people! Every day, I thank God for PlanNet Marketing and Mr. and Mrs. Bradley. This opportunity has done so much for me, and I know this is only the beginning. Knowing what it's done for me pushes me every day to help 60 more people, so they can have this same experience!”

CONGRATULATIONS TO LIN SHERLOCK FOR ACHIEVING 60/60 CLUB!

PlanNet Marketing welcomes Lin Sherlock to the 60/60 Club! Lin lives on the coast in east Sussex, in southeast England. She says, “Travel has always excited me and I’ve been so fortunate to travel extensively. I am looking forward to doing more of that as the World recovers and rebalances.

“A big passion of mine throughout my career has always been to coach and mentor others to help them be the best, unstoppable, version of themselves, and I love that I get to do this at PlanNet Marketing. I’ve always been really proud of my strong work ethic which has held me in good stead in building my business. Discipline and consistency are my drivers for sure. I never miss a day of my IPA’s and I always do them early morning – the early bird catches the worm is a discipline drummed into me from an early age!

“What makes this business so special and sets it apart from so many others is the community. I have THE most supportive friend and mentor in my Three-Star Director Lyndsey Gynane, and everything she does to develop me, I replicate into my business. I learn something new every day that is helping me build my business and develop my daily habits.

“I’m so delighted to have achieved 60/60 – now to get that first star!”
