These are the Top 50 One-Star Directors who have achieved the 150 mark in their team building and are on their way to Two-Star Director.
1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born in Columbia, South Carolina, but raised and currently reside in Atlanta, Georgia. My favorite hobby is traveling. My entrepreneur mindset all started in seventh grade when I started buying trendy items wholesale in bulk, and upselling on various marketplaces off and online.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I am more educated on business, I can engage conversation better and control it, I know how to posture myself better in situations as needed, and I have more skill sets. I can truly say PlanNet Marketing played a big part in who I am today.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
One thing that motivates me is having the power to change someone’s life. There is nothing better than talking to someone about this opportunity and seeing their face light up with the many possibilities available to increase the lifestyle of their lives.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I consider all my uplines as my role model because they educated me and showed me posture, and I’ve noticed posture alone can take you many places and open up many opportunities. With the education from my uplines, I can help millennials see a bigger picture to life.
5. The three words that describe you best are:
Fun, talented, and brave.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
No grind, no glory. Everything is possible if you really want it.
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Somewhere taking flights, exploring the world with the people who mean the most to me.

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Umeka Evans to the 20/20 Club! Umeka is originally from Mississippi, but now resides in Columbus, Ohio with her fiancé, Larry, and her son KJ. Umeka says, “First, I want to say I’m super excited about the success so far in my business. The main reason I started in this business is because I love to travel and have a desire to help people do the same, in addition to starting their own travel business. I’ve been doing a lot of traveling within the U.S, but now it’s time to put some stamps on my passport. Larry and I love to spend time with our kids and take them on vacations that they could ONLY dream of. This opportunity has allowed me to do just that and so much more, so we decided that we will pursue this full-time. We have NO plan B and our minds are made up on making this a career.
“With that being said, this business opportunity made so much sense to me, and that was the main reason I started in the travel industry. My motivation comes from working for myself and being able to fire my boss. I seek to do my business full-time, along with my fiancé and that’s what drives me daily.
“When it comes to marketing, one of the MAIN techniques that I have been using to expose my business to potential prospects is through attraction marketing. I found that YouTube is a great way to connect with potential prospects and clients 24/7 around the clock. Even when I’m sleeping, I can still wake up to sales and inquiries from clients with this strategy! So I partnered with Larry, and we decided to build a brand online using attraction marketing via YouTube. Videos have been working wonders for my business, so why not keep doing what works…right? I never thought that I could have a business that runs on complete autopilot, thanks to attraction marketing via YouTube.
“I can’t wait to see what happens in the next six months. On my way to DIT (Director in Training), then off to One-Star Director!”
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Justin and Stephanie Griffin to the 20/20 Club! Stephanie was born and raised in Fayetteville, TN, whereas Justin was born in Ft. Pierce, FL, but raised in Petersburg, TN. They currently live in Belfast, TN, where Justin says, “We have built our home from the ground up by ourselves. My interests are woodworking, meeting new people, listening to music, helping individuals see the value in life, traveling, and spending time with family. Stephanie loves being outdoors, spending time with family, and also traveling. We have not had the opportunity to travel to too many states but we have been to OH, TN, FL, WA, GA, AL, SC and MO. This opportunity has opened a new realm for us where we can travel more. We sailed on our first ever cruise together in August 2019. We are also looking forward to our very first all-inclusive soon.
“Achieving success in PlanNet Marketing is a process. We know that we have to remain coachable and not wear our feelings on our sleeves. Self development is huge for us because we have to have the right mindset. Be willing to let your leadership step on your toes while you are kicking and screaming. Always keep your ‘WHY’ in the forefront. Remember, once you have your very first business partner, come to the understanding that you are then a leader, so we have to learn how to coach, train, and develop leaders. I wouldn’t say we have achieved success very quickly because it took us 16 months to become a 20/20 Club member. Do I feel this could have happened any faster? Absolutely, but I’m glad glad it took this long because to become a leader you have to be developed and have an understanding of trainings, compensation plans, etc.
One fact that we learned early on was always remember you have great leadership that will reach down and pull you up, so we are truly grateful for Three-Star Director Rachel Russell for not giving up on us and for stepping on our toes when we had no vision. The leadership is by far more than we could ever explain! We want to thank Mr. and Mrs. Bradley for this vision, the corporate staff that allows this to happen, and also Inteletravel for giving us this vehicle. Godspeed and let’s hit DIRECTORSHIP!!!”
PlanNet Marketing is committed to integrity and transparency in our business - we have absolutely nothing to hide! In an effort to operate our business at the highest standards, we have published an Income Disclosure Statement (IDS) for 2019.
The IDS can be found in various places on the PlanNet Marketing website and in our corporate presentation. It's also available for you to view and download in Resources in the Rep Virtual Office. If you want to send it to someone electronically, it can be found at https://www.plannetmarketing.com/en-us/Income-Disclosure.
According to best practices, we should use this document ANY time we're talking about (or writing about) compensation earned with PlanNet Marketing. The IDS shows the facts about income earned at various levels of accomplishment with PlanNet Marketing. We don't expect our Reps to speak in depth on the IDS, simply present it when you're talking about earning any type or amount of compensation with PlanNet Marketing – and let the statement do the talking. If you post something on social media that discusses income, you should include a link to the IDS in the post.
We believe the IDS can be a strong marketing tool; it shows that while the "average" Rep in 2019 earned $140.57 for the whole year, a small amount of extra effort to become a Gold Builder bumped that earning potential to an average of $4,331.85! Now you're talking.
Specific questions about the IDS and its use can be sent to Compliance@plannetmarketing.com.

“I started my travel business in January, 2019, became a sponsor in March, 2019, and fell in love with the business! In 2019, my family and I were blessed to be able to take eight vacations and make endless memories! Wouldn't have been possible without this awesome opportunity.
“If I could give any advice it would be to never give up! You will never fail if you keep trying. Consistency is key; work your business everyday! Don't make excuses, make time. Nobody is going to make your money but you; go out and change lives! Set goals and reach them. 2020 is yours!
PlanNet Marketing congratulates Kayla on this outstanding accomplishment!
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Jackie Wolkov to the 40/40 Club! Jackie is originally from Solon, Ohio, attended Elon University, and moved 10 years ago to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Her interests are her family and friends, and she says, “Without them I wouldn’t be where I am today! I love to spend long weekends with them, traveling and experiencing new things!”
Jackie continues, “While growing up, I was very fortunate to be able to travel with my family, and I think this is why I have such a passion for it today. When I was younger, we went on cruises. Recently, my husband and I have returned from Fiji and before that we took our kids to Bali and Thailand. Can’t wait for more adventures, as I love to travel!
“I am fortunate to have an amazing team that supports me. I am also a bit of a nerd, constantly looking for new ideas, marketing different ways, and learning something new! I love what I do and I’m sharing it with my team in addition to checking in with them, making sure they are also succeeding! Be yourself, be passionate about what we do! Everyone I speak with I try and find a common bond with, whether it be kids, family, Ohio, etc…make a friend!!!
“As for achieving success, I would suggest you find people who have the same passion you have in travel and similar goals. It’s easy to find those people and they often come to me. I have noticed that the more I share, talk, and spread the word that they will come. Every time I speak with someone I try and friend them and create a common bond. I speak from my heart and passion. I am also always straightforward and honest, which I believe is key in making the relationships we need. I think the most important part is to travel!! Post about your travel – lead by example and show them how you are benefitting and enjoying life. Share, share, share...everyone wants to see!
“One fun fact about myself is that I am an identical twin! So if I know you and don’t say “hi,” it might be my sister lol. Another interesting fact: my daugh

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Monica Gordon to the 20/20 Club! Monica resides in Woodbridge, Virginia, and her interests include spending time with family and friends, reading, and connecting with people who love to travel.
Monica shares, “I’ve been traveling since I was a young child, but not to places that I have been since starting this business. At a young age, my family trips consisted of traveling to Busch Gardens, Kings Dominion, and Six Flags. We didn’t know anything about traveling abroad to Punta Cana, Jamaica, or the Bahamas until now. Since I have started this business, I would say that my most memorable experience was when I visited Antigua. Due to my joining PlanNet Marketing, I am able to take my five-year old twin sons on a Disney Cruise and this will be a memorable experience that they won’t forget.
“As far as achieving success in the company, I thank God each and every day for blessing me and for putting me in a position to help other people. I am driven by my children and my family who strive to push me to my fullest abilities. I am grateful and appreciative of my support system, which includes my sponsor, leaders, and my team. I’m forever grateful for being introduced into this business and the amazing support and knowledge that everyone has shown me. They push me to go harder in everything I do.
“I would like to pass along these thoughts: stay consistent – people are always watching you, always stay plugged in. Always remember your ‘WHY.’ Get a calendar and write down all of your daily tasks (personal and business) to keep you on track. Polish up on your leadership skills by reading. Build a foundation and learn some skill sets. Always remember and ask yourself this question – would you follow you?
“Fun fact – I’m always ready to have a good time. I love to paint and just one day I will go skydiving!”
