1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and raised in a small town called Selma, Alabama. I currently reside in Atlanta, Georgia. I’m a wife and mom of one handsome little boy. I love to travel and spend time with close family and friends.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I started this journey to success with no experience and little support. I am a true believer of taking the first step and allowing God to handle the rest. It’s not in the land, it’s in the man.
I’ve grown so much since joining this company. All I knew was work and school. I’ve never been taught financial literacy or how to accumulate wealth. Through this industry, I’ve built my confidence, a network with others, long lasting relationships, and knowledge on how to accumulate generational wealth.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
Poverty drives me. Struggle drives me. Lack drives me. When I wake up and check my bank account, it motivates me. Abundance is my birthright and who said I couldn’t have it all?
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I honestly don’t have a role model.
5. The three words that describe you best are:
Confidence, motivated and determined.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Never give up on your dreams, stand out from the crowd, be authentic, continue to reinvent yourself, invest in knowledge, perfect your skills, and always love yourself.
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, I’ll be living in my dream home, driving my dream car, taking good care of my family, and helping others get over the poverty line to live their dreams.
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Kieron Ellis to the 60/60 Club! He says, “Where do I start? I have been in the PlanNet Family now for nearly two years…time has flown by! I absolutely love the business and to achieve 60/60 recognition is just mind blowing, I am only 16 away from Directorship too, which makes this milestone even more exciting.
“I adore what the business stands for and the best part is I get to play a role in helping others change their lives. I am here earning an income to support my current 9-5 job whilst travelling the world. Who wouldn’t want to live like this? Here’s to DIRECTORSHIP, cheers!”
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Marie Ali to the 20/20 Club! Marie is originally from Essex but has been living in Belfast, Northern Ireland for the past five years. She tells us, “My interests include spending time with my son and husband, travelling the world, and reading (I am a big reader)!
“As my dad lives in Thailand, I have been very fortunate to have travelled all over southeast Asia and have been everywhere in that part of the world from Thailand to Hong Kong to Singapore to Malaysia! It is such a beautiful part of the world and I cannot wait to go back next year.
“I have achieved success at PlanNet Marketing by following the achievements of the people before me. I am so grateful to have such a hands-on upline in Caroline Hamilton and she has really guided me and taught me so much - although I still have a long way to go to reach my goal in the business! Also, there are so many people I look up to in this business and learn from everyday and I take notes on their approach and the challenges they have had in this business. A big factor for me I think is being consistent in my IPA's - this has played a large part in my success so far as this has gotten me to where I am today. I work four days a week too, so consistency has been key. I get up at 6.30 am and straight away get my IPA's done so that I don't have to worry the rest of the day and can focus on my son and my day job. This is what has worked for me. Then every spare minute I am following up and using the 90 day tracker to log everything I am doing so I know where I am at.”
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Sylvia Soetsane to the 20/20 Club! Sylvia was born in Kenya and now lives in London, UK. She tells us, “I am a single mother to a beautiful daughter who is my inspiration and motivation. I have worked at schools since finishing my university qualifications and I am currently a Special Needs teacher to wonderful students who make me laugh daily.
“From a very young age, I always wanted to be in a position where I can make a difference in the lives of those around me. This business has given me the opportunity to do that, not just to the people around me, but also to people in the US and Jamaica, and I know this is just the beginning. I get so much joy from seeing all my business partners benefit from having their own businesses. I love the fact that we can impact so many lives. The fact that so many people don’t know about our business and the opportunities they can create through this business drives me towards supporting others. This business has helped me discover myself in ways I never thought possible and has given me a team and a place I can call home. My goal is to put in all the effort I can so that I will be able to help more people benefit and create legacies for themselves and their families. This business has completely transformed my life in so many ways.
“I am a living example as to how anyone who has a passion for travel can be part of our business and create an incredible life. Before starting the business, I had a few holidays here and there. My daughter’s favourite trip was our holiday to Kenya to visit family. With every single holiday I have been on prior to starting my business, I asked a friend or a traditional travel agent to book it for me. However, since starting the business, I have learned so much and can now confidently book for myself and others. The resources offered by our incredible business are next to none, which makes it possible for an ordinary person like myself, with no previous travel knowledge, to confidently say that I now make a living in the travel industry.
“My tips for success: Love yourself enough to put in the time and effort to make your dreams a reality. To achieve real success, you must see yourself in your mind as a successful person. It’s up to you to choose the life you want to live, envision it, and then build it. When you have that vision in mind, you have to then daily show up for yourself and for your business and that will include stepping out of your comfort zone. Be willing and bold enough to do new things, learn new things and experience new things which will be taking you out of the comfort zone you are used to. In truth, comfort zones are not really about comfort, they are about fear. Break the chains of fear to get outside. Once you do, you will learn to enjoy the process of taking risks, investing in yourself and you will grow in the process. Don’t try to jump outside your comfort zone, you will likely become overwhelmed and jump right back in. Take small steps each day and celebrate the small achievements along the way.
“It is important to remember that everyone’s journey is different, but if you are coachable and you follow the system already in place, you can achieve anything you set your mind to. My other tip is to be a sponge. Soak up everything that is poured into you by your leaders. Take notes, ask questions, and surround yourself with leaders. When you stay close to the fire, you learn so much and then you can pour into your own business thanks to your own personal growth. All the leaders want you to achieve and live the extraordinary life that Donald Bradley wants for us all.
“A fun fact about me is that my daughter is possibly, or should I say definitely, a bigger travel lover than myself. I needed my travel business to be able to travel smarter and create opportunities where she can live her travel dreams and create memories that I could only dream of at her age. My daughter is my favourite travel buddy.”
Teach Them to Fish!
My dad is a fisherman through and through, and as such, he taught me everything I know about fishing. I grew up learning to fish – he taught me to bait fish in a lake and to fly fish in a river. I can bait a hook and add weights to get just the right depth. I can tie a fly on my line while standing waist deep in a river in my waders. I know sometimes you need a little patience and sometimes you need the wisdom to just move on to the next spot.
I have a LOT of memories of fishing with my dad. One weekend while in the country visiting my grandma and grandpa, Dad decided to get up early to fish. At 18, fishing wasn’t really a priority for me but spending time with my daddy was – so I woke up far earlier than I’d liked, ate a bowl of cereal, and headed out onto the still slightly cold lake to see how our luck would fare. A few hours later it was downright warm out there, the sun beating down on us – but we had a stringer full of crappie and a bit of a contest going! When we finally packed it up and headed back to my grandparent’s house, we had 10-12 fish between us. It was a great morning! We made it back to the house just before lunch and my grandma was ready for us. She had oil in the deep fryer and breading in a bowl, sliced potatoes sitting by to fry up too. Over that fresh fish lunch that I helped catch, I felt a deep sense of personal satisfaction. I had helped provide this meal and it was DELICIOUS in so many ways.
The satisfaction I felt that day didn’t come easily. It wouldn’t have been possible had I not been through those years of preparation – learning the ins and outs of fishing along the way. I’m here to tell each of you – Directors, Gold Builders, Bronze Builders, every Rep – don’t hand your team some fish, TEACH them to fish.
Give your team the tools and knowledge to build their own skills, to learn how to run their business WITHOUT your constant supervision. This will free you up to help the next person while also allowing them to build and grow and develop their own sense of satisfaction at a job well done. Will it be easy? Probably not at first – there’s so much to learn! They have to figure out how to bait the hook, and how to gauge that perfect depth for an ITA sale. They have to learn how to tie a fly on when they’re waist deep in a meeting or event. They have to learn when to be patient with a prospect and when to just move on. There will be a learning curve; there’ll be some growing pains. But when they finally get the hang of it, when they finally get the knack – there will be no stopping them! You may even find yourself in a bit of a friendly competition! The sense of satisfaction you and your team will feel as you begin building a future together? PRICELESS.

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Stephanie Cloutier to the 100 Century Club! She tells us, “It was February of 2018 when I was approached by a girl from Scotland on social media about this business. I had just come home from a trip to Jamaica; it was our sixth time to the island since it's our favorite place to travel. At that time, I was a burnt-out nurse who had been dabbling in some direct sales companies searching for a way to create flexible income so I could travel more. I remember watching a video from JP Watkins and every minute of it I was blown away. I had the "too good to be true feeling," but decided to dive in headfirst to find out for myself. I was immediately welcomed by now good friend and Four-Star Director Cindy Bruggerman. I remember hopping on a call with Cindy when she told me, "You will be a director." The excitement I felt four years ago was something I had never felt in any other career or business I had been in, an excitement that continues today.
“I immediately started sharing this business with others, taking them on my journey. The more my business grew, the more I was able to cut back nursing and travel with my new friends. In 2019, I retired from full-time nursing, as my goal of leaving healthcare began to come true. I started traveling the world, even going to London for the first time! When the pandemic hit, I was devastated but confident. I knew travel would come back with a boom. I continued to share my business and build relationships with the amazing Agents/Reps in my network, many who are close friends today.
“I've never felt so surrounded by support and love as I do in this business. Helping others ‘see the dream’ has become my only mission in this business. It feels good that four years in, I know that it is STILL just the beginning. I'm so grateful for Mr. Bradley and the opportunity that he gave all of us when he started PlanNet Marketing. Without this business, I know that I would still be wearing scrubs and looking for a way out. So thank you, Mr. Bradley. Thank you, Cindy Bruggerman. Thank you to my team. And THANK YOU, Jenna Burns from Scotland, for not being afraid to show me the way to my dreams.”
