1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and raised in Boynton Beach, FL. I currently reside in Lithonia, GA. I am a wife and a mom of two beautiful children! I love listening to music, doing crossword puzzles and traveling with my sisters in success and family! I am a microblading eyebrow artist, and I was trained and also worked for Sierra from Love & Hip Hop Atlanta. Once I hit Three-Star Director, I will be going back to doing this and using my travel business to travel the world, perfecting brows as well as continuing to build an empire with PlanNet!

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I have grown tremendously since joining PlanNet! Little did I know that I can be so important to so many people in which I have grown as a leader and coach. I have realized that this is truly my passion and I find joy in helping families win in this business.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My children are my 'WHY.' They drive me because they are with me during my toughest battles, pushing me on and telling me “Mommy, YOU GOT THIS!” and that keeps me going and winning in this business! I always tell my team that achieving your goals becomes much easier when you know WHY you want to achieve them!

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My role model is Coach Natalie Nicole Graham! I would not be where I'm at in this business if it wasn't for her reaching out and pulling me up! She didn't have to do that but she did. Her heart is so pure and I'm blessed to call her my mentor and friend. She is my SHERO. She has paved the way for us all, but most importantly, she helps me and for that I'm grateful.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Passionate, goal driven and ambitious.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
My advice would be to NEVER GIVE UP!! no matter what it looks like. The moment you do...you just might miss your blessing! To succeed in this business, simply follow the success system, be authentically YOU and stay connected to your leaders!

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, I will still be traveling and helping families into this amazing opportunity, going all over the world doing motivational speaking, and being a Six-Star Director making millions! Living a life and enjoying that financial, personal and time freedom!

I am a proud 48-year-old mother of three and grandmother of six grandchildren. I am happily married to my biggest supporter, Craig Adams, whose love is pushing me to success as I do the same for him.  

“I do not consider myself having much travel experience, but I have been able to go on ten cruises over the past few years. This is what really motivates me.  It is my passion and drive that everyone be able to experience and enjoy life. My interest/desire is to be an example for those who think they cannot and show them they can, whether that be in the church, at their homes, or on their job.

“I believe that it is because of this passion that I have been able to achieve success so quickly. I have also been told to surround myself with people who are going somewhere, and that is exactly what I did when I joined the amazing PlanNet family in June 2020. I saw my Sponsor, I saw my Director, but when I laid my eyes on my Senior Director, Mr. Orlanda Moore, the #2 income-earner, and Mr. Donald Bradley, the Founder and Owner, that was game over for me.  My success came from sitting at the table and receiving every piece of wisdom they gave us on every single meeting. I didn’t care about the time; if they were on, I was there listening for the next words of guidance and direction.  From the books they suggested, to the changing of my mindset, to the art of becoming a master inviter, to simply just staying plugged in, these have been the catalysts that have caused me to reach this first of many goals.  If I had one tip for my fellow business partners, it would be to set your goals so high that even if you don’t reach them, you are still sitting at the top.

A fun fact about me is that I might be serious when it comes to my business, but I love making people laugh and have fun. Oh and my dog loves my singing!”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER KATIE BAILES!

Katie says she was born and raised in a town called Middlesbrough, in northeast England. “I have never really ventured far from where I live, except to go to concerts or to get to the airport; I even went to university in Middlesbrough.

“I have a Chocolate Labrador, Jerry, and he is my baby. Our daily walks are great for my mental health; being able to get outside, breathe in the fresh air, get rid of yesterday's stresses and do my affirmations. I love listening to music and watching movies, although I haven’t been to the cinema for almost a year. I always have to have music on; at the moment when I’m working the business, I’m listening to Heart 90s – love some cheesy 90s pop and reliving my childhood! I am also a big sports fan. I love watching rugby, football/soccer, basketball, American football. I also love going to the gym and powerlifting.

“I have been to France and Spain on school trips, but my first family holiday abroad was a “once in a lifetime” trip to Orlando when I was seven. We have been almost every year since. We try to go in May so that I can have my birthday there. I have a tradition where I have to be at Universal’s Islands of Adventure, in the Jurassic Park section, the theme song playing in the background, a pina colada from a bar called The Watering Hole, and sit overlooking the lake – that is my happy place! Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to do it last year.

“I am achieving success by just following the same process that everyone reading this uses every day. The recruitment process works; just keep going, it will eventually happen for you. Before I got my first sign-up, I spoke to 146 people!

“I am the biggest culprit of this, but try not to compare yourself to others. I am the most impatient person you are likely to meet – I want everything done yesterday, but you have to go through the process. People may seem to be getting ahead in the business quicker than you, but you don’t know that person's circumstances. Look after you, and it will happen. Divorce the outcome, marry the action.

“I wish that there was a magic formula that I could share, but I’ve not been doing anything special. I have to make it work. I work the business from opening my eyes in the morning until I close them at night. If you are determined and consistent (I can see my team giggling at that), you WILL be successful. Even on the days that you can’t be bothered, still do the basics; those seeds you’ve planted will eventually grow.

“I have a bachelor's degree in Crime Scene Science and a master’s degree in Mass Fatality Management and Victim Identification, but could not get a job in the area. I believe that my background helps with lateral thinking and not focusing on one particular thing. I am also a bit of a Marvel geek. Even before the movies, I loved the comic books. I was also lucky enough to win a competition to go to the premier of Avengers Assemble. Chris Evans is my future husband, he just doesn’t know it yet!”

We want to help you design your ideal lifestyle. For many people, joining PlanNet as a Rep is a part time or even just an “any extra time I have” deal. PlanNet might be your Plan B. Don’t let the ease of this business fool you – PlanNet might not be your number one income earner, but if you want to be successful, you need to start treating this business as a BUSINESS.  

How to Treat Your Business Like a Business:

1) Make a Plan. Not just a thought in your head type of plan either – write it down. Write down your goals for the next 30, 60, 90, 365 days. Write down steps to reach those goals – how are you going to find new Reps and sell ITAs? Will you spend money on advertising? Use social media to advertise for free? Figure out your strategy and then come up with some actions to carry it out. Create a list of what you can do each day to grow your business – contacting new prospects, following up with current prospects, connecting with your current upline or downline, planning to attend local or online events. A plan will keep you on track.

2) Create a Schedule. Businesses have business hours. You’re running a business, so set aside a specific time frame each day, week, month for your business. Defining when you’ll do the things you wrote down in step 1 is super important. It’s too easy to prop your feet up and watch TV, folks.

3) Invest in Your Education. I’m not talking about college – I mean your BUSINESS education. PlanNet Marketing offers daily and weekly calls and webinars as well as weekly and monthly Zoom meetings in the US, UK and Mexico. We also host an annual International Convention. Don’t miss a meeting you are qualified to attend! Get yourself on calls and to virtual events (and hopefully some in person events later this year!).

4) Track Results. Keep track of how you’re doing. If you created a 60-day goal to get three new Reps on your team and at the end of that 60 days you have five new Reps, you’re gonna want to see that growth and duplicate those same efforts! In the same way, if you get three new Reps in the first 30 days and no one in the second 30 days, maybe you want to look back and see what you did differently in the second half of that time frame. Tracking your results helps you see what works for you, and what does not. It’s also an excellent way to keep your plan as your focus.

5) Don’t Ignore Your Business. Might seem like a no brainer, but don’t ignore this business – make sure you stay active! You are investing money to take part in this and you should log in to your Virtual Office AT LEAST once a month to ensure you remain active – it would probably be a wise idea to log in more often and put the extra effort into growing your business, too! To enjoy all the benefits of being a Rep with PlanNet Marketing, you must remain active by paying your monthly account fee of $19.95. If you don’t pay your monthly fee, you risk missing out on commissions! An inactive Rep is no longer eligible to receive weekly commissions.  A Rep who is inactive for 30 days or more is no longer eligible to earn residual commissions. A Rep who allows their business to remain inactive for 60 days or more will lose all rights to their downline and Matrix position. If that Rep doesn’t reactivate within the 60-day grace period, PlanNet considers their account cancelled and their agreement with PlanNet is expired.  We monitor for inactive accounts and turn them off weekly. The Rep who owned the now canceled account must re-enroll (under the same sponsor) and begin building their team from scratch. Ranks or qualifications from the old account do not transfer to the new one.

When you take your business seriously and treat it like a real business, others will see that and respect it. They will want to join you! Just try it and see. For a growing number of Reps, PlanNet Marketing is now Plan A – the main income source for their family, and it could be for you too.
