1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born in Peru, IN, raised in Kokomo, IN, and currently live in Pittsboro, IN (just outside of Indianapolis. I am a wife, mother of five, and grandmother of 24 (soon to be 25)! I love music, playing games, and watching movies. I am no stranger to network marketing. I have been in eight network marketing companies in the past 13 years, and five years with PlanNet Marketing, making a total of 18 years in the network marketing industry. In the past I have had small victories, but nothing like the success I am having with PlanNet Marketing.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Since being with PlanNet Marketing, I have grown in so many areas such as personal development, consistency, coachability, loyalty, dependability, being available, and learning how to lead my organization. I am so grateful to my Coach and Mentor JP Watkins, she has been a Godsend to me in my journey to One-Star and I know she will be essential to my goals of continually going up the ladder to Nine-Star Director.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
I am driven and motivated by each new level of success I reach, and my organization's successes as well. I am also motivated by the excitement, desires, and goals of new business partners to learn and grow their business. It is so exciting every time I help someone reach a new level.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Coach JP Watkins has been and is an excellent role model for me on how a woman can have success in the network marketing industry, how we grow continually, and how a woman can still be a lady but be a great leader.
5. The three words that describe you best are:
Competitive, Humble, and Resilient.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Don't Quit, be Coachable, be Consistent, and Believe in yourself!!!
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now I am a Five-Star Director, I have received the Rolex watch and the diamond ring. I am a Director maker, I've helped six individuals become six-figure earners, and have an organization of over 7,000 active on my team.

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER SAMANTHA JOANETTE!

She tells us, “I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, being outdoors and traveling. I visited Egypt back in my younger years on a cruise, and in 2018 we went on a 14-day transatlantic cruise for our honeymoon (places we stopped at included Copenhagen, Denmark, England, Ireland, Sweden, and Portugal). I have visited about 20 states in the US.
“I absolutely am a people lover. Being able to have conversations with literally hundreds of people about this opportunity is exciting for me. The Facebook ads are my ‘secret’ to reaching so many prospects.
“Having a solid foundation with a strong and successful team is key. When a person joins the team, I make sure that I make them feel welcomed and offer any support that they need to become successful.
“A fun fact about me is that I enjoy snowmobiling in the winter and enjoy participating in wintertime fundraisers.”
MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER LARA SPARKS!
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Lara Sparks to the 20/20 Club! Lara grew up in Houston, TX and now lives with her husband and three daughters in the small east Texas town of Nacogdoches. She tells us, “I have always had a passion for traveling. My parents instilled the love for travel and adventure early on in my life by taking our family on many road trips during the summers. I have traveled all around the US, Canada, Mexico and Europe. My favorite places to visit are Disneyworld, the National Parks, the mountains and the beach. Besides traveling, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, baking, being outdoors and exploring new places. I have always dreamed of being a travel agent and helping others plan the perfect vacation. When this opportunity was presented to me, I was so excited to have one of my dreams realized.
“I am achieving success at PlanNet Marketing through hard work and consistency. The best tip I can give to others interested in this profession is to always be consistent. No excuses. Here in the Midwest, we had a couple of warm weekends leading up to Thanksgiving and just about everybody was outside putting Christmas lights and decorations on their houses and in their yards. I just love driving around town and seeing these beautiful holiday lights glowing and lighting up the streets. Even more than seeing the lights though, I really enjoyed watching the people. Couples and families and neighbors – all outside enjoying the weather, working together and spending a few hours to shine some light.
As happy as the holiday season can be for many, it can also be downright tough for others (especially after the year we just had!) The loss of a job, a home, or a loved one can make an otherwise merry and bright season into a dreary, depressing one. Share some love and some light – share PlanNet Marketing!
