PLANNET MARKETING WELCOMES A NEW 20/20 CLUB MEMBER!
MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER IESHA ADAMS!
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Iesha Adams to the 20/20 Club! She tells us, “I am from Queens, NY, born and raised and lived a few years in NJ before heading to college. I have resided in North Chesterfield, VA, for the past 22 years. I have been a nurse for 16 years and work on the administrative side of nursing. My interests are reading, going to the beach, and traveling the world with my family. My travel ventures have been both domestic and international. I have traveled to the State of Alaska, most of the east coast, and throughout the midwest. Internationally, I have visited Qatar, Aruba, Jamaica, Canada, Bahamas, Belize and Mexico, to name a few. I love traveling. I love learning about the culture of the country I am visiting and my ultimate favorite part about traveling is the FOOD!!
“I am achieving success at PlanNet Marketing by staying plugged in. I attend functions that I am qualified to attend. I network within my sponsored team and learn with partners outside of my team. I take my business seriously, and of course I sprinkle in the fun as well. Some tips and techniques I would share to help others reach success are to practice with your family, and even the pets. Get comfortable with the materials, understand the matrix and the compensation plan. Take time to look in your back office and get the app. It is ok to get out of your comfort zone, it's the only way to truly grow. Don't be discouraged when others decline partnering with you; timing is everything. Duplication is key; however, in the beginning stages, you may have to stretch yourself and go grab your goals independently. Lastly, it takes a strong team and support system to help you reach your potential. Get a mentor in the business that you look up to – they will motivate you and set a fire in your soul. I am forever grateful that my sponsor, Sheri Jordan, exposed me to this vehicle of PlanNet Marketing and to my mentor, Keda Mason. I am looking forward to the next milestone and leaving a LEGACY for my children.
“My fun fact – I am a huge football fanatic, my team is the Cowboys!”
MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER MONIQUE CLARK!
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Monique Clark to the 20/20 Club! Monique was born and raised in New York. She tells us, “I work for the Department of Education in Queens, NY as a physical education teacher. I enjoy dancing with my church. My interests are traveling, sports, trying new things and all types of food. When traveling, I enjoy cruises and all-inclusive stays the most.
“This opportunity was a prayer answered for me. It has allowed me to do more with my life and has taught me so much.
“Some of the key things I think that have contributed to my success are: staying close to my coach, taking their advice and not making excuses for not getting something done; staying consistent in developing myself; and staying plugged in to what our company has to offer. Every Zoom, every live event is a stepping stone on this journey. It sounds simple, but the key is being consistent.
“A quick fun fact about me is as a child, I earned a black belt, and the discipline I learned from that I still use today.”

Santa Claus isn’t the only one watching these days, now there are elves in our homes, too! On December 1st, a small elf in a red outfit showed up in my dining room with donuts and candy canes, promising to watch my kids’ every move and report back to the big guy. Our elf is named Cookie and my kids enjoy searching for her each morning, and secretly I hope they are a little wary of her – because every time they talk back or hit one another – I tell Cookie so she can report it to Santa. It’s so nice to have that little helper around this time of year.
You may not have a pint-sized magical creature in your home watching how you conduct your business, but believe me when I say, someone is watching. Actually, EVERYONE is watching – family, friends, prospects, your upline, your downline, other Reps not on your team, people not even involved in our business – people who may not like our business at all. You better watch out!
The way we present our business and product is so very important. Unintentional errors in social media posts, pages and groups, your presentation, even your private interactions with other Reps or prospects could be detrimental to our whole company. I see it every day – a Rep who doesn’t realize they are acting like a travel agent (and vice versa).
It’s important that Reps have a clear understanding of our PlanNet business, and its relationship with InteleTravel, our travel partner. PlanNet Marketing and InteleTravel are two separate businesses with different products to offer – we need to know what we’re selling here, people.
PlanNet Marketing recruits independent Reps, who earn commissions by selling the PlanNet Marketing product – the InteleTravel ITA (Independent Travel Agency.) PlanNet Marketing supports that PlanNet Rep and provides tools for the Rep to become successful in their PlanNet business.
InteleTravel delivers the ITA business and website – fulfills it, supports the ITA in business, trains the travel agent, and provides the tools necessary for the ITA to succeed in selling travel. The ITA sells travel and earns travel commissions.
At a PlanNet Marketing business presentation meeting, the audience is made up of PlanNet Reps and guests of PlanNet Reps. They are there to learn about the PlanNet Rep business opportunity and to see the product that they will be buying and/or selling, which is the InteleTravel ITA business. (There is no "travel training" at a PlanNet Marketing business presentation, only the presentation of the product – the InteleTravel ITA business).
PlanNet Marketing trains PlanNet Reps on how to sell travel agencies; InteleTravel trains InteleTravel ITAs on how to sell travel.
"Product" training by a PlanNet Marketing qualified instructor is all about the product that a PlanNet Rep sells – which is the InteleTravel ITA/Independent Travel Agency. The PlanNet Rep class instructor should describe the product that PlanNet Reps sell – explain all about the product – show them the InteleTravel ITA website, how it works, the tools and training modules offered to the ITA – the commission opportunity – show all the features and advantages of the ITA business – but the Plannet Marketing instructor does not train on how to be a successful travel agent. Travel agent training comes from InteleTravel.
At your PlanNet business presentation meetings or any other time, you can have “Product training” or “Marketing training,” which is information provided about the ITA product that you’ll be selling as a PlanNet Rep, but NOT “Travel training,” where the curriculum might include “how to book group cruises,” or “how to create travel customers,” or “how to earn travel commissions.” Marketing training (that’s “how to build your PlanNet Rep business and SELL the ITA business) is the job of PlanNet Marketing; Travel Training is the job of InteleTravel, and they do an excellent job of that. PlanNet Reps sell a travel business; InteleTravel agents sell travel.
Is PlanNet in the Travel Business? CERTAINLY! We don’t sell “travel,” but we do sell a Rep business that will afford you the opportunity to travel the world, AND we sell a travel business that you can SELL or BUY, and enjoy all the advantages of being an independent travel agent!
Remember someone is always watching and we must constantly be vigilant in the way we present our product and company.
