WELCOME NEW 20/20 CLUB MEMBER AISHA JENKINS!

2020club2_jenkins.jpg

PlanNet Marketing welcomes Aisha Jenkins to the 20/20 Club! Aisha is from Bronx, NY and currently resides in Richmond, VA. She says, “I enjoy traveling, I always have. I was in the US Navy so I have traveled a lot…when I heard of this business it just made sense. I absolutely love the beach and I love Jamaica. I am super excited about traveling abroad one day, which is a bucket list item for me this year.

I joined PlanNet because I want to leave a legacy for my daughter and I know this is the vehicle to get me just that. I achieved most of my success in this business by sharing with everyone. I listen to my coach and my sponsor and I work hard to make things happen. A lot of people don't understand the importance of having a second income but I love helping people and supporting them in seeing their dreams come to fruition.

WELCOME NEW 20/20 CLUB MEMBERS DEMITRI AND ERNEST THOMAS!

2020club2_thomas.jpg

PlanNet Marketing welcomes Demitri and Ernest Thomas to the 20/20 Club! Demitri tells us, “We are Demitri and Ernest Thomas from Houston, Texas and we have five children, including a set of twins. Our children bring life and joy into our lives. PlanNet Marketing and the PlanNet Pledge are our keys to unlocking many doors, and we are super excited about that. We vowed to take our children on summer vacations, so when this opportunity was presented to us, it did not require too much thinking because it made perfect sense.

“I would say our success comes from constantly doing PS3's, travel parties, being coachable, determined, and persistent. I love PlanNet because it affords us the opportunity to spend a lot of time with our family, all while supplementing our income. It is a beautiful thing when you do not have to be present for every dollar you make. I know we will go beyond 20/20 because my husband and I enjoy helping people.”

A TOUGH, BUT IMPORTANT QUESTION!

In a business where duplication is key, and everyone is trying to be coachable – when should you listen to your upline and when should you branch out and find your own answers?!

It’s a tough question, but an important one!

Your sponsor and upline Reps are an invaluable source of information – they’ve been in this business longer than you have, they presumably know what they’re doing, and they’re available and easy to reach. For some of you, your sponsor and/or upline Director is also making PlanNet Marketing headlines as a Top Income Earner, a 20/20 Club member (or 40/40, 60/60, or higher) and they might even be earning awards and accolades when you attend events.

Let me be clear – I’m not telling anyone to tell your sponsor to take a hike! I’m simply suggesting that “copying the right cat” can only go so far. At some point, you, as a business owner, are going to have to sink your teeth in and go find some answers for yourself.

With technology all around us – you don’t have to go far to find answers. You have a wealth of information at your fingertips in your Virtual Office (VO) and in the PlanNet Marketing Corporate S-Team. If you have a question about your account – why you didn’t get charged, why you didn’t get paid, why you don’t see a new ITA sale in your VO – don’t ask your upline. You need to dig that up yourself. Call or email the S-Team, or send a Support Ticket from your VO.

If you get an email from PlanNet Marketing Compliance, or you have a question about the rules of PlanNet Marketing – it might feel safe and easy to send your sponsor a text or private message your Director on social media – DON’T DO IT! Please send an email to Compliance@plannetmarketing.com or give us a call. Even better, download a copy of the PlanNet Marketing Policies and Procedures from the Information Center in your VO – it’s your business and you should know the rules first hand!

The people we do business with are huge resources, but they shouldn’t be your only resource. You can’t expect another person to take responsibility for your business. They have your best interests at heart, but they have their own business to manage. If in doubt – give us a shout! We’re always happy to hear from you.

Contact Support by calling 470-443-9330 or emailing Support@plannetmarketing.com

-- The PlanNet Marketing Policies and Procedures are located in your Virtual Office in the Information Center (go to Resources, then Policies and Procedures).

PLANNET CARES FOR ATLANTA AREA SHELTERS AND SCHOOLS

plannetcares_Logo.jpg

On Saturday, July 28, we collected 20 bins and many more boxes of school supplies from the best team on the PlanNet!  This doesn’t count the carloads that will be distributed to the shelters and schools in the Greater Atlanta Area! The collection was held at the Omni Hotel at the Battery before the Super Saturday event.

We also blessed 150+ kids in Columbia, SC this week and at 7 Bridges to Recovery (see below)! If you didn’t know, Donald Bradley created PlanNet Cares with the specific purpose of helping homeless women and children living in shelters.

Special thanks to Judy Cantu and the San Antonio team for kicking off the challenge with Baron Brown! Phillip Rollins and Yolanda Mathis-Rollins and the Houston team, thanks in advance. Rasheba McGowan and AAMU Cheer Alumni, I’m so grateful for you! Natalie Wilson Alexander, Trudy Scott, Yolanda Bennett, Alfred A. Ingram II, Orlanda Moore…I loved your live videos! Lastly, Shedrick White, Kwanya Hall-Martin and Cynthia Kaye Shelton...you already know! If I missed your name, charge it to head, not my heart. Thank you Atlanta Team and PlanNet Directors who assisted to make this day The Best Day on The PlanNet!

PlanNet Cares is very much alive and growing thanks to the PlanNet Marketing leadership. What an awesome day on the PlanNet! The Sister Cares - Columbia, SC bookbag assembly line was in full force to be ready for Wednesday, August 1, filling 150+ bookbags with school supplies! The kids will be ready to learn! See all the happy faces in the overflow crowd in the photos below!

Thanks DSS, Chris Hardy, Mary Boyde, Raven, Deborah Flemming, and the entire crew!  Thanks also to Velecia Lynette and Kendra Heyward Bennett for the support! Special thanks to Deborah Bradley and Donald Bradley!

PLANNET CARES FOR 7 BRIDGES TO RECOVERY

plannetcares_Logo.jpg

PlanNet Cares and will continue to help multiple communities! Help us help others!! 7 Bridges to Recovery is a non-profit that rescues the lost, the last, and the least from the streets of Atlanta. Their goal is to end homelessness through the love of Christ, one person at a time. PlanNet team members provided much needed school supplies on Tuesday, July 31.

It is life-changing...and this is only the beginning! Who's in to make this an ongoing effort? Even conversations with the residents, donating, packing lunch bags, toy drives, or even an hour of time helps so many!

Thank you Mrs. Deborah Bradley and Mr. Donald Bradley for reminding many of us we must continue to give back! #plannetcares

LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT ON: ONE-STAR DIRECTOR LAWANDA BAKER

Spotlight-LaWanda-Baker.jpg

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and raised in Jackson, TN and currently live in Alabaster, AL. I work full time as a graphic designer and I have been in the industry now over 20 years. I am the single mom of one beautiful 14-year-old daughter. In my spare time I love to spend time with my daughter, draw, paint, and create just for the pure enjoyment and relaxation of it, and of course I love to TRAVEL!

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
There simply is not enough room on a page to express how PlanNet has helped me grow! In addition to the focus and mental toughness that I have developed, PlanNet has awakened that competitive spirit and leadership ability that I was unaware that I possessed. I love the personal and professional progress that I see in myself. I say this in great humility because I am still being Coached, Trained and Developed daily to become the best version of me. I look forward to seeing what that will look like in the years to come!

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
In two words…Laila Simone. This is my daughter, my heartbeat. Here in Alabama it is just us. I know she looks to me for guidance, support, inspiration, and the stability that all children deserve. I know that I have been given an awesome blessing and to whom much is given, much is required. I remember a time when I was forced to make a decision that while freeing us, put us in a position of financial lack. I remember looking at her not knowing what was next or where we would sleep that night and wondering if I would ever be in the position to be able to give her all that she deserved. I am driven to make sure we never find ourselves there again. I know that there are many who have been there and some that are still there and I am motivated to help those people win for their families.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I consider my grandmother, Mama Helen, a role model because in a time where things were less than equal, she and her husband found a way to have something of their own. They opened and operated a small restaurant some time back in the late 50s, early 60s! I have always found that to be incredible, that against the unfair odds they were able to do that! As a little girl I can always remember Mama Helen telling me to make money but always "put a little away and make something of it." Her entrepreneurial spirit still lives in me today!

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Determined, Passionate, Authentic.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
BE COACHABLE!!! We have a wealth of successful individuals and layers of leadership to learn and grow with. Mr. Bradley is our success coach and he has told us so many times that he created this opportunity so that ordinary people can win financially in an extraordinary way. He has put this vehicle in place and positioned dynamic leadership as well to teach us how to drive that vehicle! WATCH, LISTEN, LEARN, and DO! Get out of your own way. Lock in and go for it!

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, I will be earning well over six and rapidly approaching seven figures with the PlanNet Marketing opportunity. This vehicle will be a strong financial resource for a creative venture I am planning. I will also be helping my daughter turn her dream business, a clothing boutique, into a reality!

CONGRATULATIONS TO DARRYL JENKINS FOR ACHIEVING ONE-STAR DIRECTOR!

Darryl-Jenkins-1Star-Announce.jpg

PlanNet Marketing congratulates Darryl Jenkins on becoming a One-Star Director! Darryl was born and raised in the Washington, DC area, and currently resides in Hyattsville, MD. His interests include traveling, helping others, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.

Darryl tells us, “Although I haven’t really had much time to travel on my own, I do enjoy preparing travel for my clients that creates memories for them, and of course they continue to use and refer me, which is always a plus. Something about seeing where your clients will stay and those amenities they will enjoy should excite you to help more to travel.

“As I mentioned when I reached the 20/20 club last year, my success comes from a place of passion – wanting to help others and being able to expose them to an amazing opportunity that can change their lives. Just watching them tap into their potential and begin believing in themselves is an awesome feeling.  A tip I would pass along would be the same as I share with everyone I encounter… remain humble, remain consistent, and stay both coachable and connected. Often times we tend to drift away from our sponsors or disconnect ourselves, which limits our ability to grow in the business.

“I believe I achieved success so quickly because I was consistent in exposing my warm market to the business opportunity. Having now reached the 40/40 Club and One-Star Director in the same month, I believe comes from people understanding my passion, drive, and the determination I commit when doing anything. Therefore, they placed their trust in me and became partners, which I feel honored to hear. I also achieved this through engaging my team and working with them to reach their desired pin rankings while helping those in their downline find that desire to share the opportunity as well. I think if most are like me, when you get that first promotion you then want to keep going as far as you can push yourself.

“A little fun fact about me is that I enjoy spending time with my business partners as we have created a circle where we bond a few times a month (usually over food).”
