THE LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT SHINES ON: JASMINE JOHNSON

Screenshot 2021-04-20 161905.jpg

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and raised in Thomasville, GA. I am a stay-at-home mom and work my business full-time. I am a wife of (soon to be) seven years, and a mom of three. As a hobby, I make shirts and other custom things. I am currently a One-Star Director and a member of the 60/60 Club. Thank you, Mr. Donald Bradley, for your vision.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I have grown so much emotionally and mentally since I truly plugged into the culture, and now realize how amazing PlanNet Marketing truly is, especially the leadership. I just wish I had plugged in sooner. My mindset is nothing like it was when I first joined this opportunity. Never in my wildest dreams would I have ever thought I could do anything like this. I've always loved helping people, and PlanNet Marketing has given us a vehicle to help so many more. I have learned the power of relationships. I cherish the ones I have and the new ones I have formed.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
I would say my children and husband. I want my children to experience things I was not able to experience when I was growing up. My goal is to put my mom and grandparents in the home of their dreams, so my foot will remain on the gas.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My role models would have to be my mom and grandma. Those two ladies did whatever was needed to help me in life, so it’s only right that I return the favor. My mom showed me how she could make ends meet as a single mom, with my brother and me never wanting for anything. She’s always there when someone needs help, without asking questions.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Fun, Loyal, Energetic.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
ALWAYS remember your WHY!! It may change over time because you know why you are pushing so hard. I would suggest creating a vision board, putting your goals in front of you and watching them manifest. And always believe in yourself!

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, I will be a full-time entrepreneur making six figures. I will have multiple directors within my organization making six figures as well. Most importantly, my family and I will be in our dream home and in a new city. I will be able to retire my husband from his full-time job.

MEET NEW 60/60 CLUB MEMBER AMBER WASHINGTON!

PlanNet Marketing welcomes Amber Washington to the 60/60 Club! Amber tells us, “In this business, it's all about consistency, building relationships and being your authentic self. And without it, you won't get very far. We have an amazing blueprint given to us and all we have to do is follow it and not deviate from it. Since there is no need to reinvent the wheel, everything that I need is at my fingertips and I'm using ALL of it to the BEST of my ability.

“I am Amber K!, proud wife of 11 years, mother of 2 very active boys, employee for over 14 years and an entrepreneur for almost three years! I say all of that explicitly to encourage someone reading this post that you too can do it! Once I'm done working my full-time job, being a wife and mommy, I work my business like there is no tomorrow. If I can put in 8-10 hours for someone else, I know for sure that I can put in the same for AMBER!

“Moral of this post...don't short sell yourself. You're worth those sleepless nights because trust me, there is a great reward on the other side!

“Thank you, Jesus, for allowing me to accomplish another milestone in this superb business! Huge shout out to Ms. Felicia and Ms. Tamarian for being amazing mentors!"

MEET NEW 60/60 CLUB MEMBER TIERRA WESTER!

PlanNet Marketing welcomes Tierra Wester to the 60/60 Club! Tierra says, “Wow, this is a huge accomplishment for me because I am beyond grateful that I have directly helped 60 families into our amazing opportunity! I had written my goal to have this finished in March and I did it:) Two-Star Director came right after this achievement! :) This is just a pit stop though, because 80/80 is on the way!

“It is such a blessing to have this vehicle to be able to go out there and help others gain financial freedom. I want to free everybody and that's exactly what I am going to do. My team helped with this accomplishment as well because not only do I pour into them, they don't even know that they motivate me as well! Thank you also to Mr Bradley, Mr. Moore and Coach Natalie for EVERYTHING! I am beyond BLESSED by this opportunity!

CONGRATULATIONS TO SHERRONNA BLOW FOR ACHIEVING THE 40/40 CLUB!

CONGRATULATIONS TO JUSTIN AND STEPHANIE GRIFFIN FOR ACHIEVING THE 40/40 CLUB!

CONGRATULATIONS TO EMMA STEPHENS FOR ACHIEVING THE 40/40 CLUB!

4040club_Emma_Stephens.png

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Emma Stephens to the 40/40 Club!  Emma says, “I am a born and bred Londoner – southwest to be exact, in a little town called Putney – where the Oxford/Cambridge boat race starts each year. After completing my degree at Durham University, I stayed in London working as an events manager for seven years before taking a sabbatical to travel the world on my own for six glorious months – the best decision I ever made. I came back, turned 30 a few days later, and returned to the events world before relocating to Newcastle upon Tyne in the northeast of England. I’m now a mummy to two exhausting little girls aged 7 and 4 who will drive me crazy for the next 14 years at least. Obviously I wouldn't have it any other way – although I would like the occasional rest from them – preferably in a 5-star hotel on my own! I am, however, not just a mummy; there’s far more to me than that.

“I love cooking, musical theatre (both on the stage and as an audience member), writing, photography and obviously travel and adventure, but I'm admittedly pathetic when it comes to the great outdoors in the UK if it means I have to be cold and wet!  Recently I enjoy going OTT on trying to provide my children with amazing childhood memories. I’ve been known to hire indoor teepees and outdoor cinema teepees for the same day! Since October, I’ve also really enjoyed creating and developing a podcast with one of my amazing friends who I met through this business. it’s called ‘A glass of’ - (available on lots of platforms) and we love recording it.

“I love everything about taking a trip and discovering a new place – the local foods, the local markets, the smells and noises. For me, a journey starts the minute I get in the taxi on the way to the airport. I love everything about it. I’ve been lucky enough to travel a lot both in my personal life and also in my previous roles in event management, the latter being at someone else’s expense, which was helpful! Special memories include planning and delivering incentive programmes in South Africa, Mauritius, Barbados and an incredible tiger safari in India, to note a few. I am also so grateful that during my early years I got to experience travel on three of the best and most indulgent forms of transport – the QE2, the Orient Express and the Concorde. It definitely set the bar high in terms of my expectations when it comes to traveling with my family now – perhaps a little unrealistically!

“One of my best adventures was in a slightly less glamorous setting on the Trans Mongolian Express, taking me from St. Petersburg, Russia, across Siberia and Mongolia and all the way to Beijing, where I walked the Great Wall of China. Long haul travel is in my blood. I speak two other languages, French and Italian, but never choose to go to France or Italy and prefer somewhere a little further flung! We went to New York as a family to celebrate the new year 2020. It’s a city I’ve been to at least ten times and every time it's fresh and exciting, but seeing it through the eyes of two little kids was utterly magical and brings a whole new element to travelling.

“I love revealing this little known secret of our programme to people who can really benefit. For a while, I was a little hesitant about doing so, but lately I’ve been much more bold in my approach. We just need to tell people that it exists and expose them to the opportunity. That’s all it is.

“Persistence and resilience are also key. I recently delivered a team training on this. Don’t be disheartened by the knockbacks and don’t take it personally; I think we’ve all been guilty of that at some point. Acknowledge the feelings, but don’t wallow; otherwise, it will hold you back and limit your growth. Remember to keep things in perspective and just keep going. You have to keep in mind that it’s a long term business and focus on the bigger picture. Even on the bad days, I remember the huge potential this programme offers. The incredible support and community that has developed within our team is also invaluable.

“Lots of people reflect on their ‘Why’ and that’s important to remember too. I am doing this for ME – not just for my kids. I get more passionate about it every day and I owe it to myself to give it a good shot. I don’t want to look back and think about what could have been. By my nature, I’m very persistent. I don’t like to give up on things and I think that comes in handy in this business.

“As a parting thought, decide that you want to and that you will succeed and follow it through. It’s not enough to be interested in succeeding. Commit to all the available training (I’ve not missed one team training since joining) but remember to put the learning into action and to adapt and change if needed.

“Some interesting facts about me are that I can’t ride a bike, I have seen Boris Becker in his underwear, I’ve jumped out of a plane at 85,000 feet and I insist on only having one ice cube in a drink.”

CONGRATULATIONS TO PAMELA WILLIAMS FOR ACHIEVING THE 40/40 CLUB!

PLANNET MARKETING WELCOMES NEW 20/20 CLUB MEMBERS!

2020-logo-text.jpg

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER LAURA ALLEN DAVIS!

PlanNet Marketing welcomes Laura Allen Davis to the 20/20 Club! Laura is from Des Moines, Iowa. She tells us, “I love spending time with my five grandchildren, my family, friends, and my travel family. Traveling is my passion. I love reading, writing, listening to music, and jewelry. I love people and I love helping others in whatever way I can, be it a grand gesture, or a small, simple act of kindness.

“I have been traveling worldwide for the last 25 years! I love to travel, meet new people, experience new cultures, explore new geography and historical destinations, and most times to escape to somewhere warm, sunny, and sandy, with a blue ocean. People seem so much nicer, kinder, and carefree when they are traveling. I get to meet people when they are feeling their best and living their best life, and they get to meet me when I am happiest. People seem to be more open, honest, and inviting when they travel. I have formed some lasting friendships while traveling. I have had people tell me their life stories during a two hour plane ride to a fabulous destination. I absolutely love it. It never gets old to me.

“I am very grateful that my good friend, One-Star Director Cameron Dawson, introduced me to the PlanNet Marketing opportunity. For me it was a no-brainer because I love to travel, and I have the opportunity to create another stream of income and prepare myself for retirement without having to change anything I'm currently doing. I think most of all, being able to share with others an opportunity that could set them on a course to financial freedom, and possibly a better quality of life for themselves and their families, fits right into my purpose in life, which is to help others. PlanNet Marketing fits right into my values.

“I attribute my success thus far to setting my own personal goals; I actually write down specific goals and a date when I want to achieve that goal. Doing this helps me stay on task and have a sense of urgency about my business. I don't have time to get complacent. It also helps me make a concerted effort to expand and grow. I also believe in having an accountability partner, which is where my PlanNet team and family come in. I'm in business for myself, but not by myself. I basically followed the guidelines already laid before me. No need to recreate the wheel. I follow an already proven system by creating a list of prospects that I think could benefit from this opportunity.  I approach everyone on that list by piquing their interest, presenting the information, and following up. My list grows by three potential prospects daily. I also tailor my talk track to meet the individual's personality, and what they hope to gain from the business. Each individual has their own special reason for taking advantage of this awesome opportunity, and I try to make sure they see they can reach their goals with PlanNet Marketing. I have a long term vision. There will be ups and downs, but if I stay the course, help others, and understand that no is not really no, it simply means, ‘not right now,’ I will be successful. Most importantly, when I focus my efforts on helping my team be successful, success will come.

“Some fun facts about me are that I once won a hula-hoop contest; I hooped for 56 minutes. I did a billboard commercial magazine campaign for a medical insurance company. My granddaughter and I have the same birthdate, and I sell jewelry at vendor events for fun.”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER REGINALD FARRAR!

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER MITZI WHITTAKER!

PlanNet Marketing welcomes Mitzi Whittaker to the 20/20 Club! She says, Hi, my name is Mitzi Lee, and I’m from Long Beach, California. I currently reside in Atlanta, GA and I have been here 31 years. I’m married and have three children, ages 14, 25 and 26, along with two granddaughters, ages 1 and 3.  Everything I do is for my family.  I enjoy being in nature and walking the trails.

“I’ve always had a passion for traveling; my family loves it as well and we are always looking forward to the next trip to capture more memories. I have been to Jamaica, Mexico, and Belize, to name a few, and I am very excited to add more stamps to my passport.

“I absolutely love this business and how it’s helped myself and others. I love helping people and want to see everyone attached to me win. My bucket list is now never-ending.

“When it comes to building, consistency is key. The process can be hard sometimes but even on my worst days, I keep pushing. I'm determined to live my best life and help others do the same. I have a ways to go; this is not my final destination.

“Some fun facts about me are that I have an extremely bad case of wanderlust, and I’m a foodie and love to eat.”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER LAQUIDA WILDER!

PlanNet Marketing welcomes LaQuida Wilder to the 20/20 Club! LaQuida tells us, “I was born and raised in a small town called Milledgeville, GA but later moved to Macon, GA, where I met my husband of 13 years. Now our family resides in McDonough, GA, where we have lived for the last five years. We have three amazing boys, ages 3, 11, and 16! Our oldest boys both play travel baseball, and our 16 year old has been invited to play in destinations such as the Dominican Republic, New Jersey, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, South Carolina and more! We are most definitely a traveling family!

“My interests are traveling, fashion, reading books, arts and crafts, car shows with my hubby and just enjoying my family, but my passion is HELPING PEOPLE! This business just made sense for me! I was already an unpaid travel agent, booking all of our trips with family and friends! I already knew others that I could bless with this opportunity! Why not?

“Our travel experiences have most definitely changed since starting my business! We traveled out of the country three times last year, California twice, Vegas, Tennessee, Florida, and several hotel stays for baseball, and have had some of the most amazing experiences during our trips! For me it’s all about plugging into the proven system and following the 5 C’s: 1.Courage 2.Commitment 3.Consistency 4.Coachability and 5. Close (stay close)!!

“A fun fact about me is that during one of our trips to California a few months back, my hubby and I got up super early for a sunrise hike to the highest peak of the Santa Monica Mountains, Sandstone Peak! The views were phenomenal and when we got to the top there was this notebook to sign. Inside the notebook, on the first page were the words BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD, RUBY, DIAMOND and a few others!! It hit me like a ton of bricks, we were supposed to climb that mountain for a reason! At that point I decided to RUNNN toward my goals and dreams even harder!️ We're so blessed and thankful for this opportunity!!”
