Keep it Social and Transparent

Amanda-Restivo175.jpg

We allow our Reps to use many social media platforms – such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other blogs and forums within these sites and others. Each of these sites offers the Rep and prospect the ability to see who the other person is – it’s social networking. Network Marketing is our business, so it’s a perfect match! I love interacting with friends, family, and PlanNet Marketing folks via my Facebook account. Everyone knows who I am, and I can see who they are – it’s transparent.

Please do not use job posting websites or forums. We do not allow our Reps to use sites that exist exclusively for posting jobs, such as ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, Reed, or Craigslist. These websites are not “social” media platforms and do not allow for a social or networking environment. They only allow for blind ads to be placed that can be misleading, deceptive, impersonal, not social, and not networking. It’s too easy for misunderstandings and mishaps to happen via these platforms. In addition, even the approved social media websites have forums or sections dedicated solely to job postings – please avoid using these areas of the website. PlanNet Marketing does not allow the use of “job” postings to promote your business – we aren't offering a "job," and that's a good thing because we offer so much more!

Not only do we want to be the Best Place on the PlanNet, we want to be the place best known for our integrity and transparency – no need to hide behind a blind ad – we offer an amazing product that anyone would want to purchase and an opportunity that can change lives.

So keep tweeting and instagramming and messaging and get the word out about your business – but do it the right way, through approved social media sites!

Please feel free to contact me at compliance@plannetmarketing.com with any questions about this or other compliance matters. I’ll get back to you super fast!

MEET NEW ONE-STAR DIRECTOR SANDRA REYNOLDS!

Sandra-Reynolds-1Star-Article.jpg

Meet new PlanNet Marketing One-Star Director Sandra Reynolds. Sandra is a native New Yorker and now resides in Locust Grove, Georgia. She shares, “My interests are my family, bowling, shopping, traveling, and PlanNet Marketing. Initially I was in PlanNet, and now PlanNet is in me. I love helping my sideline partners as much as I love helping my team. I'm traveling far more now than I ever had prior to joining this incredible opportunity, and my bucket list is now my planning list!

“I am achieving my success by never missing our weekly meetings and special events, by checking with my team on a weekly basis by phone, and by traveling to our teams in different cities and states to keep them engaged. Leading by example encourages your team to do the same. Whenever someone mentions traveling to attend one of our events, I ask where and when because that means shopping at a new location!!!

THE PLANNET MARKETING SPOTLIGHT SHINES ON: SERESA AND DUANE CROWSON

Seresa-Duane-Crowson-Spotlight-April3.jpg

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
Duane and I were both born on the north side of Houston, TX. It’s where we met, married, and raised our family. We just celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary. We have been blessed! We have four amazing sons, a daughter-in-law, a handsome grandson (our Peanut), and a precious granddaughter (our LadyBug).

Our family has always loved adventure. Camping, hiking, and all sorts of outdoor activities have kept us close to one another. Now that we have a travel business, our adventures have gone global.

We did not know about PlanNet from day one, but we did get here as quickly as possible (day 381!). Our lives will never be the same. With no experience in the industry, we accomplished Directorship after only three months and earned the Sapphire Ring after only two years in the industry. However, our greatest joy in the business has been the accomplishments of our team – builders and bookers throughout the US, México , and beyond. Watching (and assisting) our great México team lead the way in that new market has been exhilarating!

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
This business is truly a self-development program with a compensation plan attached. The more you improve yourself, the more your bank account improves!!

I’ve had to be honest with the person in the mirror. We all have room for improvement. Learning to handle adversity, lead a team, and manage my time have been my focus. Most importantly, I’m learning who I am through this process. As a wife and mom, it’s easy to lose your identity. This business has helped me rediscover my passions and learn who I am. For the first time in my adult life, I feel whole. I am independent and self-confident.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
There are several things that drive me. First, my family. My husband has worked far too hard for far too long. I want him to be able to retire early and have a business that he enjoys every day the way we do with PlanNet. I want my sons to never have to know true struggle. Never have student loans or debt. I never want my grandchildren to have knowledge of tougher times.

Next, I wanted to know that if anything happened to my husband, I would be okay. Financially depending on one person put me in a vulnerable place. I wanted to know that I could support myself, support my sons, and spoil my grandchildren if tragedy occurred. Medical emergencies have been a reality in my life. I wanted to be prepared...just in case. That led me to realize there are so many women in this world who need that same peace of mind. I want to help them achieve that! There are also women in abusive marriages who need the finances to free their family. They should never have to stay in a bad situation simply because of finances. Whether personal or financial, there are so many people who need help out there. Helping them is a passion of mine.

Finally, my family has a heart for mission work. We want to help those in need around the globe, starting in Puerto Rico where multiple disasters have occurred in recent years. Doing that type of work requires finances. We want to be able to self-fund and not be dependent on others’ donations to do the work we know we are called to do.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
In life, I look to my faith for direction. As a Christian, I am a follower of Jesus Christ. He is the ultimate example.

In business, I have two men I follow (and consider coaches). Aquarius Jackson has been by my side since the day we met. His experience, guidance, and belief in me is responsible for the success I have seen this far. He never holds back and tells me what I need to hear, not what I want to hear. He is dedicated to this business and loyal to PlanNet. His example has taught me so much. If I can be to others a fraction of the coach he has been to me, lives will be changed.

The second would be Donald Bradley. He and Mrs. Bradley are the example of success I want to achieve. Their integrity and dedication to others has shown me that this industry is truly about relationships. They have created a culture of family and professionalism that sets the standard for my personal business. When someone has achieved what you want, you should follow them. That is certainly the case with the Bradleys.

A female role model in this business doesn’t take much deliberation. Eileen Ross sets the bar for class, poise and professionalism among women. It doesn’t matter that we are not in the same “pay line,” she has been an advocate, support, and example for us all. Her example shows the entire company how to truly put people above profit and help the entire PlanNet. I try to gauge most of my decisions as a woman in this company by asking “Would Eileen Ross do that?” She is my standard.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Loyal, Driven, Competitive.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Get very deep with your why! Find the why that you NEED like you NEED to breathe and nothing can stop you. If you can think of something that would make you quit, your why is not strong enough! Quitting (or slowing down) is not an option. You can’t stop breathing for a few days and start again, so treat your business the same way. It’s constant and consistent.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
We have no question about our five years. It was decided long ago. The goal is set and will be accomplished. We will be at $1 million/year by then and helping others get to that place as well.

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER BELINDA HUBB!

Belinda-Hubb-2020-Article.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Belinda Hubb to the 20/20 Club! Belinda tells us, “What an honor it is to be chosen for reaching the goal of 20/20!! I was born and raised in Washington, DC and currently reside in Upper Marlboro, MD. My interests consist of spending time with my grandchildren, caring for my mother, and serving the almighty Jesus Christ!  I love helping and educating people, especially young people, to let them know there is a better way to live their life and it's called ENTREPRENEURSHIP. This amazing opportunity that was shared with me now has me excited to share with other families too!

“Before retiring, I traveled across the USA for my job, always adding several days to my trip to tour the state/city I was traveling to. Over the past years I have been to Puerto Rico, Saint Thomas, Aruba, and numerous times to the Bahamas. I always had a desire to see the world and now I have that opportunity, after becoming a travel professional and PlanNet Marketing Rep.

“My success at PlanNet Marketing comes from being determined, consistent, focused, and organized, all while utilizing the tools, support, and motivation that is provided on a daily basis! But, I had to change my mindset and be coachable. The most important tips I can offer to anyone who is trying to achieve success is to remember why you started and surround yourself with individuals who only want to see you succeed and who will hold you accountable throughout the process.

“Remember… We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us!!  Trust and believe God's word!! AND DON'T BE A QUITTER!

“A fun fact about me – as a child, my boy cousins gave me the name Dollbaby.”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER MELANIE THOMAS!

Melanie-Thomas-2020-Article.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Melanie Thomas to the 20/20 Club! Melanie lives in a small village called Llanybydder in West Wales, UK. She tells us, “My interests are travelling (of course), nails – as I am also a nail technician, spending time with my wonderful children on holidays and days out, tai chi, reading, and being successful!

“I have visited many countries in Europe, and thanks to this amazing business, I can now follow my dreams and visit the USA to meet my fellow PlanNet Marketers!

“Before I started this journey, I had no confidence in myself and couldn't even send someone a voice note LOL. Now, I do them all the time! I have even done live presentations on social media, which is something I never would have done before. So, not only has this fab business changed the way I work, it has inspired me to be a confident and motivated person. I would like to thank my wonderful children for all their patience and support in helping me get where I am today.

“My greatest advice or tips would be to always listen to and follow your upline. BE COACHABLE! Mindset and consistency is key! They know what they are talking about!

“A fun fact about me? I'm a bit of a perfectionist on my hair colour LOL and I have a handbag fetish! Haha!”

“We Are Not Waiting, We Are Working!”

Mr. Donald Bradley shared vision and insight with the entire PlanNet on a recent “State of the PlanNet” Facebook Live event, and while so much wisdom was relayed, I do believe the most powerful phrase he shared that day was that at PlanNet Marketing – “We are NOT waiting, we are WORKING!”

As a die-hard PlanNet Marketing Rep who lives and breathes entrepreneurship, you are probably experiencing a few different obstacles right now, but YOUR BUSINESS is not one of those obstacles. You understand the significance of financial freedom in times like these and you are more determined than ever to keep moving forward. Business as usual.

It’s tough out there right now. In these unprecedented times, with our future in our own two hands, we sometimes consider options that we might never have considered before – that can be good and that can be bad. Choose to think outside the box and use this time to reinvent yourself and your business. Sharpen your leadership and networking tools and come of out this time a better leader and a morecompetent business professional.

Please, do not consider paying for other Reps or ITAs – ever! Even if someone says, “Sure, you can pay for a month for me.” You might feel benevolent and generous, but you aren’t helping anyone. If you choose to pay for Rep accounts or ITA at-home agencies for others, you risk losing your Rep business with PlanNet Marketing. It’s against the rules and it can give the appearance of fraud within your downline. Helping another person “keep the lights on” during a tough time sounds like a win-win, but unfortunately it just isn’t allowed.

Helping people is the right thing to do – it’s not only good, but it’s encouraged at PlanNet Marketing. We are a relationship business, and helping others is a huge part of why Mr. Donald Bradley started this company. Keep in mind though – there is a HUGE difference between giving a person a fish and teaching a person to fish. Use this time to teach your team to fish – don’t just hand out one easy meal. Give them the tools to help themselves, to learn how to run their business WITHOUT your constant supervision. Duplication is key. Maximize the opportunity of the time you have been given, right now. Go back to the basics, visit our “Library” and review training videos. Do the small things consistently. Press in, read, prepare, sharpen your tools and be ready! Be working!
