MEET NEW ONE-STAR DIRECTOR JENNIFER GRIMES!

Jennifer-Grimes-1-Star-Announce.jpg

New One-Star Director Jennifer Grimes is from Irving, TX but resides in Paradise, TX, saying that “yes it is my mini paradise!”

She continues, “I love spending time with my husband and little girl. Besides being a wife and a mom I enjoy fishing, COFFEE, and this business. I traveled more before parenthood but now I can't wait to take her with us. I'm excited to see the world through her eyes.

“I accredit my success to the Lord above and His favor. If I had any advice for people in this business it is to build relationships with your team and most importantly, DON’T GIVE UP!  Staying true to the PS3 is key to growing my business quickly. I was also able to grow by staying consistent and connected.

“A fun fact: I love flipping things into cash. I've purchased two homes and flipped them both. It can be something as small as a handbag. If there is money to be made I am on it.”

MEET NEW ONE-STAR DIRECTORS JEREMY MCZEAL & BRITTANY PARRISH

McZeal.300jpg.jpg

Meet new One-Star PlanNet Directors Jeremy McZeal and Brittany Parrish! Britt is originally from Detroit, MI and Jeremy is from Port Arthur, TX, and they now live in San Antonio, TX.

Britt: I enjoy thrift shopping, traveling, reading, and spending time with my loved ones!

Jeremy: I enjoy tons and tons of food, being very active in obstacle courses, drawing, and writing!

Britt & Jeremy: We have been to many of our US states, along with Mexico and Canada! We love going to our National State Parks and exploring the beauty that there is here. Can't wait to do some serious international travel though and explore the world!

Britt: I would say I personally achieved success by following the leadership and the system! We have all these amazing resources and individuals in the company who are willing to pour into you and we don't take that for granted at all. We always seek wise counsel and implement what we learn from the amazing training we are able to plug into and our leaders provide! Tips I would give would be to just remain coachable with everything your leader/mentor tells you to do. They will not steer you wrong, but only help stretch you so you can grow your business and develop as a person and a leader!

Jeremy: I achieved success very much by remaining coachable and following the systems in place that ensure success. I made sure that I stayed plugged into our leaders, which I call our "Lifelines" in the business. I also kept my mental toughness up by remaining steadfast in my personal development. Where most people make that aspect an option, I made it a necessity for growth. STAY PLUGGED IN! Show up for your own rescue and be proactive in your business. We didn't wait around for someone to babysit us through it all! Not only that, learn your business and educate yourself on your product and industry. Your family is depending on your success here.

Britt: I would say that our journey to success wasn't quick and we still aren't as successful as we would like to be and envision ourselves being. It took a couple years to develop into the Brittany you see before you and I am still developing. I’m thankful for the PlanNet and its personal development that is instilled in us daily! I would advise anyone looking to grow in this business to remain patient and know that your time will come when you're truly ready to take on all the responsibility that comes with each level of success you achieve!

Jeremy: Yes, our success took longer than expected. We failed numerous times and had life happen over and over again. We got here because we did NOT quit! If you want to go fast, go alone, but if you are planning to go far, go together! This version of Jeremy is a byproduct which the PlanNet village has raised. Each level will demand a better version of who you are right now and you owe it to yourself to be better than you were yesterday! #BeYourOwnHero

Britt: A fun fact about me:  I love collecting crystals!!
Jeremy: I am a published Author!!

MEET NEW 40/40 CLUB MEMBER GLORIA WILLIAMS!

4040club_williams.jpg

PlanNet Marketing welcomes Gloria Williams to the 40/40 Club! Gloria is originally from the Philadelphia and South Jersey (Willingboro) areas and currently resides in Lithonia, GA. She is a mother and a U.S. Army veteran. Currently, she is the Media Ministry Director at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Atlanta, GA and a freelance Corporate Media Specialist.

Gloria tells us, “In September 2016, I discovered PlanNet Marketing while working at the Marriott Marquis Hotel as a camera operator. It was there I met my coach and mentor, Four-Star Director Ms. Eileen Ross, right after her training to a ballroom full of Reps. I heard less than 10 minutes of information but I understood that this was something that I could use to fulfill my dream to travel the world and earn supplemental income.

After attending my first local meeting, I learned that I could also empower others through entrepreneurship in the travel industry. I take the words of our Founder and visionary, Mr. Donald Bradley, to heart. He says, “Find a need and fill it, find a hurt and heal it. My coach, Ms. Eileen Ross, says, ‘In these current economic times, many people are in need of and looking for financial reinforcement or restoration.’ I am now on a mission to help as many families as I can enhance their finances and lifestyles with this opportunity!”

MEET NEW 20/20 CLUB MEMBER CAITLYN HULL!

2020club2_hull.jpg

PlanNet Marketing welcomes Caitlyn Hull to the 20/20 Club! Caitlyn says, “Thank you SO much!!!  I was born and raised in Humble, TX. I absolutely love being my own boss. I’ve always dreamed about being a fashion designer, or a singer, or even opening up a restaurant. I was actually going to college to be a dental hygienist! I just genuinely love to help people and that’s my biggest interest. I truly honor making sure people get to live their best lives.

“I am pretty young so I haven’t had much travel experience. When I was younger I went to Disney twice. Through this PlanNet opportunity, I was able to go to Atlanta for the first time for the amazing Ladies Locker Room event! I will also be traveling to Atlanta again in April, and then I will end up in Florida three times this year. Eventually I will end up in Mexico or somewhere tropical!

“The reason I am having success with PlanNet Marketing is because I put my whole heart into this business. It isn’t about the ranks or numbers. It’s about the lives that you are changing. This business isn’t all about you and it would be hard to be successful if you didn’t truly care about each and every person who stepped foot into your genealogy. Stay consistent, stay focused, and stay strong. I hit hard times and I hit high times, but one thing I know...I will never walk away from this opportunity that was given to me. I’ve seen the lives I have empowered and I will never be able to stop. You are connected to someone’s rescue. Now go find out who it is!

“I am just a regular 21-year-old stay at home mom. I have a one-year-old baby girl named Raelynn. I am super outgoing and pretty spunky. If you are around me I can guarantee you a good time. No one believed in me when I first started this business, but I can guarantee you that everyone believes in me now! Take control guys. If I can do it at my age, then anyone can!”

MEET NEW 20/20 CLUB MEMBERS SAMONE & KENNETH JAMES!

2020club2_james.jpg

PlanNet Marketing welcomes Samone and Kenneth James to the 20/20 Club! They are originally from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma but now live in Ontario, California. Together they parent three beautiful children - Caiden, Sanaa, and Kobe. “We love to cruise and vacation, watch sports, and spend time with our kids while at home. We have travelled to the Bahamas, Grand Turk, Cayman Islands, Puerto Rico, and many other places.”

Samone and Kenneth tell us they are achieving success at PlanNet Marketing because they are open-minded and coachable, focused on staying plugged into the system, and helping others achieve their goals. “Our One-Star Directors, Mr. Harold Leverett and Mrs. Erika Coleman-Brown, are superb coaches and mentors to us. We will continue to pass down the valuable information they’ve both taught us as we strive to achieve our aspirations and goals. A fun fact about us is while on vacation we love to jet-ski and parasail!”

THE PLANNET MARKETING SPOTLIGHT SHINES ON: SONYA BARNES

Sonya-Barnes-Spotlight-April5.jpg

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
Greetings PlanNet Family! I am Sonya Barnes, wife, proud Navy mom, Autism mom, and mom of a very vibrant teenage scholar and student athlete. I served 19 years in the field of education as a teacher, dean of students, literacy coach, supervisor of ESE Services, assistant principal, earning a School Principal Certification prior to moving from my home state of Florida. I was born and raised in the small agricultural community of Belle Glade, Florida, where "Her Soil Is Her Fortune.”

Currently, I reside in Maryland and I’m pursuing my Doctorate degree while serving as a PlanNet Marketing Representative, which has been a tremendous blessing to me, my family, and so many other families that I’ve connected with through this opportunity.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
This opportunity has completely changed my mindset. Three years ago, no one could have told me that I would not be serving as a school administrator. Life took a turn and the need for time freedom to accommodate my non-verbal autistic son took precedence over my goal to become a school principal. At a crossroad, this business opportunity was just what I needed to be a present help for my son. I’ve learned so much more through this business about ‘becoming Sonya Barnes’ than I have ever learned in my doctoral studies. Because of this opportunity, my posture is strong and I honestly know without a shadow of a doubt that I can do anything!

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My son motivates me to keep going in spite of any impeding barriers. My son has experienced so many challenges as a special needs non-verbal child. I’m determined to stay in a position of freedom so that I can maintain focus and continue to be a strong advocate on my son’s behalf, as well as to help him reach his full potential. Also, all of my amazing business partners motivate me to keep pushing; we have become family on this journey to FREEDOM together!

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Honestly there are soooo many, but since I can only choose one, and she probably doesn’t know this, but Three-Star Director, Ms. Dejoire Benson, is truly an inspiration to me. From the very moment I came across her social media page, discovering that she, too is a special needs mom, to actually meeting her at a PlanNet Marketing event, I’ve been in awe of her strength, positivity, and ability to persevere! She rocks!

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Ambitious, Determined and Purpose-driven.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
We must be willing to give up to go up…. We must give up our negative thoughts and other self-inflicted limitations in order to go up! Abundance Is our birthright!

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
In the next five years I will be the Founder of “The Barnes School of Autism & the Arts” and other Autism Family Resource Centers. I have a strong desire to support other families just like mine and help them break through the limitations of autism, helping them truly LIVE and not just exist. Also, my team and I will have helped over 20,000 families through this life-changing opportunity.

COMPLIANCE CORNER

I want to Change Sponsors!
Amanda-Restivo175.jpg

"My sponsor isn't training me or returning my calls. I don’t like the way my upline/downline does business and it’s upsetting others. My sponsor blocked me on Facebook. We just can’t work together. Can I change sponsors?"

We get this question from time to time, and understandably. We're in a business based on RELATIONSHIP marketing. In all relationships there is conflict. Whether it’s a parent and child, friends, siblings, coworkers, church members, teammates, or business associates - there is going to be conflict. We are all human, after all.

We want you to excel and grow your business with the best success. Sometimes it feels like another Rep is holding you back or causing you trouble. It seems easiest to simply stop working with that Rep. Unfortunately, no matter who your upline and downline are - there WILL be conflict. So, when conflict comes, don't go looking for greener pastures - find ways to improve your own lawn!

Celebrate Your Differences! We all have different talents and skills to bring to the table. Learn to value those differences and find ways to use those differences to grow your business together. Instead of arguing or judging based on differences, recognize that no one will please you all the time and try your best not to allow this to bother you.

Find a Good Fit! If you have someone you don't see eye-to-eye with, help them find someone else in your current line they can work with - someone else may be a better fit than you. Don't ignore them or belittle them; don't tell them to cancel or change sponsors - help them!

Build Toward Success! Together we will all be successful. It takes every single person to make PlanNet Marketing great –  one Rep isn’t better or more valuable than another Rep. Every Director and 20/20 Club Member knows the value of every single Rep on their team – it wasn’t “numbers” that allowed these people to reach Gold Builder and above, it was PEOPLE! People who all want to succeed. When we work together, celebrate our differences, and help our team members find others who work well with them, we will all succeed.

5.1.2 Change Of Sponsor - To protect the integrity of all marketing organizations and safeguard the hard work of all IRs, PlanNet Marketing rarely allows changes in sponsorship, with the rare exception of direct line changes (meaning placement is not affected).

5.1.3 Change Of Placement - A request for change of placement must be submitted within seven (7) days of the date of enrollment and must be requested by the current listed sponsor. An IR can only be moved inside of the same sponsor’s organization.
