Incentive Pricing? Think Again!

It might be tempting to make the sweet offering of the InteleTravel Independent Travel Agency even sweeter by offering your own “sale price” or “offer,” granting advantages in pricing that PlanNet Marketing is not offering – but you better think again folks. Don’t do it!

PlanNet Marketing doesn’t allow our Reps to offer special enticement advertising or incentive pricing. You must only advertise and sell ITAs at company published prices.

Plus, the ITA doesn’t need to be incentivized! ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW?! If someone doesn’t see the enormous value found in this amazingly priced product, move on to someone who sees the value.

We want you to be a success in building your PlanNet Marketing Business and we want you to have a superior product to sell at an excellent price! Just make sure that price – is our price.

For more information about this or any compliance matter, please email Compliance@plannetmarketing.com.

Good Friday Morning from the Marketing side of the PlanNet!

PlanNet Marketing took over Baltimore last week for our National Convention! What an unbelievable event it was, and it was great to see all of your shining smiles at convention!

Our registration desk was overflowing with an influx of PlanNet Reps and Directors from around the PlanNet. The Pep Rally reigned with an event that took the Hyatt Regency's house down. PlanNet University classes were invaluable with all of the great special guest speakers, Director trainers, and training sessions.

The finale kicked off with Cardinal Shehan Children's Choir singing the national anthem followed by "Rise Up" - there was not one dry eye in the room. The Mayor of Baltimore, Catherine Pugh, welcomed PlanNet Marketing to Baltimore and recognized Founder Donald Bradley for being a Baltimore native and returning to impact its commerce!  We had a jam-packed day at our General Sessions - videos, speakers, Black Card $100 and $500 giveaways, and an awards ceremony that truly showed the excitement and enthusiasm that makes all of us so proud to be a part of the best place on the PLANNET!

LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT ON: DAMIEN GOINS

Damien-Goins-LeadershipSpot-March30.jpg

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born in Inglewood, California and raised between Inglewood and the Inland Empire. I currently live in Greenbelt, Maryland. I enjoy competition, encouraging youth to excel in life, and supporting individuals to get the most out of life. These elements are essential as we think about the sustainability and promotion of health, wealth and prosperity.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Since joining PlanNet, I have increased my sense of urgency centered by sustainability of life, enhancement of self, recognizing the integral interrelatedness of trust and relationship-building as well as the benefit of authenticity and communication in building a network. Through these phenomena, I am able to continue my evolution of self-awareness and learner-centered decision-making.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
The thing that drives or motivates me is the concept of winning: winning in the sense of financial and personal capital as well as winning as a mind shift. This approach centers people and creates a space that allows for people to grow personally and professionally.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Because of my growth mindset, I would consider myself a role model. I believe that to be living is about learning in support of others; fostering relationships promotes this. People are observing and analyzing even when we do not realize it. So it behooves the masses to use your platform to welcome a spirit of collaboration and support that is beneficial to all. It also means that you create a space where you acknowledge self-awareness, the importance of self-efficacy, and how your presence impacts others just by showing up.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
If I had to describe myself in three words, they would be germane to power - influential, tenacious, and fearless.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
The art of life is about marking your mark, determining how you want to be remembered and leaving that legacy for others to resound. The best advice I would offer individuals would be to not be afraid to F.A.I.L. (for all I’ve learned) as these things underwrite your success. Often times in life, there is this belief or disbelief that to be where we ultimately want to be means that we have never had a struggle; very few tell the story of resilience in both cognitive and logical conditions.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now it is my alternate goal to be the sole owner of my life’s undertaking - financially, spiritually, emotionally and physically. In layman‘s terms, that means that I have used this platform as a means to mature myself and others in a quest for financial wealth and independence in all facets of work and systematized such efforts to reach the masses.

CONGRATULATIONS NEW ONE-STAR DIRECTORS!

MEET NEW 40/40 CLUB MEMBER SHAKARNA CHAPMAN!

4040club_chapman.jpg

PlanNet Marketing welcomes Shakarna Chapman to the 40/40 Club! Shakarna tells us, “I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. I moved to Aberdeen, MD almost 20 years ago to raise my son - the love of my life, who is now a chef living in Charlotte, NC. I spent the last 17 years working as a processing operator for one of the largest snack food companies.  My interests are simple: I LOVE TRAVEL!! Now that I am an empty nester I get to do what I love - one of the reasons why I started my travel business. My love for travel started back in 2008 when I went on my very first "real" vacation to Jamaica. I have never seen anything so beautiful - it was paradise. The whole time there I couldn't stop thinking of my son and how much I missed him but more importantly, I wanted him there with me. Since 2008, my son and I have been to several countries and 33 states. Special thanks to a good friend who gifted me an all-expenses-paid trip to Jamaica - and I have not looked back since.

“From traveling as a hobby to traveling as a business, PlanNet Marketing has changed my life. This is my first experience with network marketing and I will say it has been one heck of a journey thus far. I never thought I would achieve this much success in a short period of time and I am thankful! In less than two years, I have made great strides and I will continue to coach, train and develop my team, as well as follow my leadership. I'm always in student mode! Being coachable, staying plugged in, trusting the process, doing the activity (PS3), READING, and repeating these steps consistently has been the success strategy - everything we are taught to do! Become the evidence and your team will follow you. The system works; never sway from it or try to reinvent the wheel. Special thanks to Letoria Mayberry and Jay-Michael Stuart for always being supportive and coaching me.

“Fun fact! Lately I've been on a quest to conquer all of my fears! After hearing Mr. Bradley speak about limitations and fears, it made me realize I had to remove all obstacles. A few of my fears are public speaking, shooting a gun, heights, becoming a business owner, etc. Recently I overcame my fears of shooting a gun and I flew in a helicopter over the Las Vegas strip. These experiences have taught me that the limitations were all in my head and I had nothing to fear. Fear is truly false evidence appearing real. I was empowered, liberated, and ready to release all inhibitions. Get out of your comfort zone and get into your MONEY ZONE!!!  My goal is to be a Two-Star Director by my second anniversary.

“As always, I am honored and grateful to a be a part of PlanNet Marketing. Words can't express how thankful I am for Mr. Bradley and his vision!”

MEET NEW 40/40 CLUB MEMBERS CARMINE & LOLA ROBINSON!

4040club_robinson.jpg

PlanNet Marketing welcomes Carmine and Lola Robinson to the 40/40 Club! The Robinsons are multi-business, three barbershop and beauty salon owners who work their PlanNet Marketing business part time.

“Even though we make six figures in our conventional businesses, we understand that we must ‘dig a well’ before we get thirsty, and through this legacy company of PlanNet Marketing, we are going to earn additional six figures and retire my wife 13 years early! We will also fund our non-profit organization called the ‘Bluprt’ to help men returning home from incarceration map out their blueprint!! In closing we thank you for this opportunity. Bless everyone all over the PlanNet!

MEET NEW 40/40 CLUB MEMBER COPHIA JACKSON!

4040club_jackson.jpg

PlanNet Marketing welcomes Cophia Jackson to the 40/40 Club. Cophia says that she is an Alabama peach hailing from Jonesboro, Georgia. She was a military child for over ten years and was stationed with her family at many US Air Force bases, including two bases in Germany where she even attended a German school - “Gutentag.” After her father retired from the military, the family settled in Alabama and Cophia attended the University of North Alabama, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree with a minor in Accounting. As a military child, she developed a love for travel as her family moved around the world during her youth. As she grew, her desire for traveling never stopped.

Cophia shares, "If it does not make dollars, it does not make sense." My mother taught me this at an early age. I never truly understood what that meant, until life happened. As a single mother of a 23 and 17-year old, I had to push. I went to school, I got good grades, and I got that corporate job. I believed this would sustain my family and me for life. After several years with corporate America, I realized I could no longer be a part of the 40/40/40 plan. [Editor’s note: The 40/40/40 plan: working 40 hours a week for someone else for 40 years of your life in order to retire on 40 percent of your pay.] I vowed to myself and others that I would find a way to get US into a race we could WIN.

“As an entrepreneur who happens to be a female, I have learned that we can do anything we set our minds to. I definitely enjoy helping not only young women, but young men to establish themselves, to love themselves, to understand that they can do anything and be anything they aspire to be. I started my business as a tax professional in 2003 and I have not looked back. Although this is a very rewarding profession, there are bumps along the way, but the successful never stop moving toward their goals. They keep on pushing, keep on moving, and they accomplish dreams that are larger than life. I encourage people around me to never give up on their dreams and goals. If it can happen for me, it will happen for you.

“When the opportunity in PlanNet Marketing came along, I immediately knew that this would help to positively impact families from all financial and cultural backgrounds. I am extremely happy to be a part of the PlanNet family and I look forward to helping many more. Multiple streams of income is the way to wealth. I am no different from you; my desires, goals and dreams are large. They are even large enough to make some people laugh (I love it)! I encourage you to keep pushing, keep moving, keep dreaming and keep putting it into action. NEVER GIVE UP - YOU ARE ENOUGH.”

MEET NEW 20/20 CLUB MEMBER STACEY SMITH!

2020club2_smith.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Stacey Smith to the 20/20 Club! Stacey was born and raised in Harlem, NY and currently resides in Brooklyn. She is a mom of a 19 year old son, Avery, who is currently in the Air Force, and an 11 year old daughter, Makenzie, who's in every activity you could name. “Makenzie keeps me very busy, but I work my business in my car while I wait outside of practices. I am a NYC bus operator by day and a TRAVEL BUSINESS OWNER by night. Before the travel business, I made custom designed sneakers and was in real estate. I love to shop and travel, especially when I'm shopping to travel. I love to help people and make them smile. My most memorable trips have been to Trinidad and Tobago, Hawaii, London, Paris, and Atlanta for my first Convention.

“Tips I have for my brothers and sisters in success are to remain teachable and coachable. Never stop planting seeds...everyone won't join your business right away. They will still be watching so just stay consistent and persistent. Never miss an event you are qualified to attend. You will have to make sacrifices, but once PlanNet Marketing is in you, it won't seem like a sacrifice. 20/20 was a fight and definitely overwhelming at times but I never gave up, nor did I become negative. I knew it would happen when it was my time. I went through cancellations and credit holds and should have been 20/20 in 2017, but that wasn't His plan. God won't give you what you can't handle, nor will he bring you to it and not bring you through it. I want to thank my team for partnering with me and all thanks goes to my amazing sponsor, Marwu "CC" Riley, who never stopped calling and pushing me.

“Fun Fact: I love to be at home. I can't dance or sing. I'm very clumsy and fall way too much. I have a tough exterior but I have a heart of gold (for all who have said I can't figure you out). I am willing to help and work with anyone. I also will take advice from any leaders willing to give it.”
